Steering wheel control work on carplay when audio is connected on BT? Can you change to next song on steering?
This video is very good for installing in car. However if you can please explain how to get You Tube from my iphone to the carpuride. It didn't automatically transfer to carpuride screen and also what are your ideas about Netflix or Amazon movies? Is a licensing issue that it is not compatible or provided? Thank you!!

I didn’t and I returned it back, it is nicely made but the connection wasn’t that good , some miscommunications between the car and the part caused delays and malfunction

@@JoyHoque ordered on the 20th July and was delivered on the 1st August which isn't too bad from China. Spent a few days waiting to be dispatched too!
Although unfortunately the Bluetooth transmit is not working to my car so I may have to send it back. I'm liaising with support currently. As per my video the BT transmit works to my external speaker but when I connect it to my car's BT audio I get no sound (2014 BMW X4 without enhanced Bluetooth)

@@JayyBird93 hey well I sold the device because the Bluetooth issue meant it wasn't usable for me. Otherwise it worked ok, I even bought a case for it but tbh it's a big unit so likely would need to stay in situ. Also the supplied stand is fiddly to get on and off.
Would you rate this higher than Roadtops latest 2023 8.9 version? It seems to be very similar.

You can select either of the audio source, you can have the sound from the car screen or your car's sound system
Does the wheel controls to skip songs work with Android auto?
No, only volume control
What happens if you recibe a call? Does the microphone of your car radio works through CarPlay? Does work fluent without delay in the call?
I put in lavalier microphone to talk to Siri as well as calls.

Friend, you will have to check with Carpuride whether its a fully prepaid shipping. Usually its not.

Follow the instructions in the video or user manual. Try resetting the device and restart your mobile
So, what if my android phone connects via bluetooth, but does not start the android auto? It does not have the yellow icon next to the bluetooth icon like on 14:25 time, and on my phone it says connected for audio and calls only. It used to work flawlessly before.

Hi, I use my cigarette lighter socket to charge mine and my wife's phone while driving with an adapter. If I have to use the cigarette lighter socket for this unit, then how can I charge our phones? Can the unit be powered from another source other than the cigarette lighter? How can I do that?

Check settings. Switch off video safety function so it will allow video in motion.
I don't understand how Carpuride is denying the previous model to have bluetooth option... it DOES, it just does not work with all cars due to car bt limitations

No. It’s connected with your mobile.
I don't like the wires showing all over the dashboard.
You can hide it in the side bar, or just take it to a car accessories shop, they will do it for you
