My aloe simply cut some of the young leaves naturally and I dont know why. the plant never gets full of leaves cause some of them are cutted :(
Hello Leticia :) If an aloe hybrid shed of leaves more than it used to, it could be a sign of two things. One would be that it is preparing to produce new pups or it could be affected by a fungal disease. What I would suggest is that observe it for a week or two, if things still persist then apply fungicide to the plant weekly. Hope this helps friend
Thanks Boi Ed :) Some of my aloes are TCT aloes from the famous aloe hybridized in Thailand, Tepchai. Some are PH made such as LGN and BFS Hybrids which looks pretty dope too.
😅Hi poe ratta. In my experience, when I accidentally break the tip of aloe hybrid's leaf, I just leave him be, let the new leaves grow and everything will be just fine. Haven't encountered any diseases out of it in my experience. Hope this helps friend
Is it inside or outside? How often are you watering? In my experience, star aloe can start to curl if they're underwatered. Use distilled water or if you're in an area where you can use the tap water then let a jug of tap water sit out on the counter with the cap off for 48 hours then use it as your watering jug. Have a well draining pot, water- full drain through over the sink til your soil is fully saturated. Put in the sun and water again in a week, 7-8 days usually for indoors...if it's somewhere hot consistently inside or out then you'll want to water about twice a week. I also make a homemade banana peel fertilizer and my star aloes be lovin it ♡
