Haha all you haters don't know quality when you see it , this truck will out last a jeep by a 100 years .A jeep will break before it hits 50k miles !! Toyota is the toughest most reliable brand and has been for the last 45 years !!

I would agree that the Toyota is more reliable but the Jeep is so much more off-road capable.

Why would you add all these modifications on a 4 Runner without rear locking differential? Is it just for looks? I am a new owner just trying to learn.
Too bad that they don't come equipped with an electric fan , they get hot just sitting in hot weather with the a/c on. It happens to mine and dealer can't help me . Is a nice ride though.

Rigid lights. Great lights but Crees tend to stay with vehicle longer then rigid. I’ve had a few set of rigid lights stolen from my truck now.

Well no shit. The ride will be stiffer, you'll lose MPG, and more maintenance will be involved. If you're going to make your vehicle more off road worthy you're going to compromise somewhere. Can't have it all.
Actually, the ride will probably be softer. T4Rs have always had a rep for riding rough. I have a 3rd Gen T4R with the factory suspension on 265/70R16 Michelins that you can feel every ripple in the asphalt and will near bounce your head off the ceiling on a speed bump. I also have a 1st Gen Tacoma with a 3" lift (OME coilovers in front, OME Dakar leafs in the back with Bilstein 5125 10" travel shocks) on bias ply 33x13.50-15 Super Swamper LTBs that floats over the speed bumps like they aren't there. Of course being super aggressive bias ply tires, it vibrates pretty bad, especially when the tires are cold, but it soaks up rough roads way better than the stock T4R, even with the sway bar deleted.
I'll be putting a 3" Toytec lift on the T4R with Bilstein 5100/Eibach coils in front with Toytec coils and Boss shocks in back with 265/75R16 Toyo Open Country AT2s sooner or later and I'll be expecting it to ride a lot better than the stock suspension. Although, that said, I'm not confident the Boss shocks in the rear are going to perform to my expectations, but I figure if they don't, I can always swap them out for a set of 5125s. Still gonna be a pavement princess; the suspension is being done purely to improve the ride.

Ski Fall if you want mpg’s then you should be looking for a Prius. It’s not build for good fuel economy.

Sorry, but this is not a good idea because the difference in diameter of the two tires is
beyond an acceptable range.
It is generally felt that you can change sizes if the difference is kept within 3 per
cent, but what you are proposing falls well outside that range - in excess of 8
per cent.
The problem is that many functions of a modern vehicle are dependent on tire speed data,
including not only the speedometer but ABS, stability control and others.
The stock Toyota tire/wheel combination has a circumference of 2362.8 mm - and turn 423
times each km. The older tires have a circumference of 2167.12 mm and turn 461
times every km. At an indicated 100 km/h, you would actually be travelling less
than 92 km/h.
