She created a community of African soldiers who met regularly in that deployed setting where we gave each other tips and tricks of surviving the military based on our experiences making us all feel like we weren’t alone. The KCKC center is a great idea. The people involved have a lot of positive energy. The only sad and unfortunate thing about it, is it continues Kenyan tribalism. It is not only them, there are a lot of tribal Kenyan groups like this all over America. It is sad. It would be great if Kenyans were just Kenyans and not defined by tribe first. Tribe should be a very secondary thing that identifies a Kenyan. Future generations have to solve this problem about the great country called Kenya.

The age limit for all the 6 branches was extended to 42 years. If you want to join as a Nurse, Doctor or Chaplain, you can get an age waiver, courtesy of professional experience.
Very brilliant IDEA at the kckc Kansas city event but quite dissapointed that there was no Kalenjin food the Mursik, Kalenjin traditional attire that would really ispire the young ones. The purely meat Diet from GMOS wasnt encouraging

Hard work pays @ 48 years joining the most powerful Military in the world congrat. I joined Military @ 26 and left at 34 years the rest is history.
