With Kenyans just give them the perfect environment and they will thrive....we go fishing not depending on given fish..bravo
Top comment. Kweli kabisa!
😊 Kenyans are part of the fabric of America. Chams Media, keep doing what you do bringing the information to the world. I salute you 🎉
One thing I like about America is that it provides a conducive environment for innovation. The government provides incentives such as loans and grants for business owners who want to expand their businesses and employ more people.
The Kenyan government could emulate what the U.S. has done, albeit on a smaller scale. To achieve this, they would need to create a conducive environment for entrepreneurs in Kenya. The primary focus should be on developing a robust financial system that provides access to capital, streamlining business regulations to reduce bureaucracy, and strengthening intellectual property rights to safeguard innovations. Additionally, offering tax incentives for startups and small businesses, investing in education and skills development, and enhancing infrastructure would further support entrepreneurial growth.
Next, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship can be achieved through media campaigns and events. Facilitating market access via trade agreements and export promotion programs is essential. Encouraging research and innovation by investing in research institutions and innovation hubs is equally crucial.
Moreover, maintaining macroeconomic stability through sound fiscal and monetary policies is vital for attracting investment and supporting long-term business growth. While Kenya draws inspiration from the U.S. experience, it must also adapt these strategies to its unique socio-economic context and development priorities. Engaging stakeholders from the government, private sector, and civil society will be integral to this process.
Lastly, a robust and liquid bond market would underpin these efforts. Although it may take time to implement or improve, it remains a critical component.
It’s worth noting that while the U.S. has the world’s largest reserve currency, other countries, such as Japan and more recently, China, have emulated aspects of its system on a smaller scale.
Our Kenyans you have made us proud. Wow.
Now these are the stories we like ,very inspiring.Let’s go !!!
Mr Boris you are inspiring too with your real estate portfolio you should dare abroad too.
We heard so many stories of inspiration way bigger than this but, we just stayed on our Ass.
This is wonderful. Most Africans thrive best in the USA especially entrepreneurs. Congratulations to the duo.
"Great job, Kenyans! Watching your achievements from Canada is truly inspiring."
I live in st louis I'm from the UK 🇬🇧 Good city
I like this...africans employing americans...these are a beacon of hope. One day they will respect us!
I keep on saying this Kenya are the only country that can defeat Nigeria in terms of startup and Hi-Tech in Africa, i have study this particular people, they are extra ordinary and they don't make noise at all
Nigerians are in another level😂😂
Very aggresive people interms of developing a skill and being productive
You can say that again...
You only think of competing. What the need of 'defeating'.?
Good on you brothas for working hard to build a successful business. Love black folks taking their destiny into their own hands. Keep working hard and have unlimited success. We are all cheering for you! One love from Jamaica!
My tribe's men are making us proud keep doing the good job, God bless you
That's the Kenyan problem now. TRIBALIC MINDS
Thankyou for representing 🇰🇪🇰🇪.
This is amazing..May God continue expanding their manufacturing plant and area of operations❤
Inspiring. This is the true spirit of Kenyans. Resilient and archivers, when the environment, especially the policies, are right.
This is not the true spirit of Kenya. If you require other people's environment to succeed how is that your true nature
A really good documentary. Great job Kenyan!!
Hongera kubwa kwa ndugu zetu kwa kuipeperusha bendera yetu, Kenya and Africa at large to the world.
Keep going my people
Even after all that time abroad that kikuyu accent still persists 😂😂 funny how they are mixing the American plus kikuyu accent 😂. But damn I love how my brothers are doing well abroad. They are from a tribe that are mostly business minded. Very well represented 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Stop it. You guys Always think tribe. Hopefully they are not like you or they would still live a village life.😮
Kenyans in america are not chasing accents. Accent can not give you a dollar. No body cares about accents in america
So what you mean kikuyu accent, you still ln the colonial times, you want them to speak ..yo man yal whats up yal...now that will be cool for you,!!! Shame on you.
Wacha wivu sit n learn. Accent inakusaidiaaa niniii what have u done for the republic with ur fluent mastery in English?…. Stop this nonsense think n grow up quickly. Even a Japanese native will have an accent in their second language same for an American speaking swahili daaa!!….

This is a very inspirational feature of Chams Media TV. In the face of very difficult and often uncertain times that most of us have gone through in the last four years, this is a REAL breath of fresh air.
I am from Githunguri, Kenya and you guys make me very proud of Kenya. Most of all, this story instils HOPE!
I have a big take away from Patrick: You have to stay in the arena, have clear goals, the opportunity will come along eventually. Putting it out to the universe, keep believing in your idea.
The best one ....
"You can't quit on yourself."
Once again PONGEZI SANA James and Patrick!!
Yooo. Super Inspiring MID MISSOURI, as a Kenyan in the Engineering/Manufacturing space I really love the way that you have taken the bull by the horns. I am actually looking to start a Product Design and manufacturing plant in Nairobi. Good job Chams.

Africa
Good job brother
Great! From my place nyahururu,kenya
This is awesome
What kenya needs are working systems. If the systems work the country would thrive. Incentives for businesses like tax holidays, efficient, reliable and affordable power , and most importantly available capital not just being a muzungu the red carpet is availed to you. Also, access to capital we need to start having confidence on our own people
Rock chalk Jayhawks! Nice!
Yea!
This is what I call brain drain. We need these brains more here in Kenya. Congratulations guys you proved you are entrepreneurs minds, now we humbly ask you to come back home and provide job opportunities for us too.
How can i aquire those kind of moulding machines, for side mirrors
I need to connect with them, we should share knowledge and expand
It’s not a big deal to Kenyan 🇰🇪 people . I am proud of you guys.
Impressive
Missouri 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Everything is possible in Kenya too,but those in power makes it difficult, only environment favors relatives of those in power, and their cronies.....
America favors the hardworking.... irrespective of your background.
So cool
JKUAT has the most successful alumni in Kenya forget UoN
JKUAT seems to be a good uni. I also noticed that people are more hands-on, doing things out official schoolwork or employment

We have to consider don't repeat the Mistakes from the past and look for Africa with another eyes 🤔 and to help this Continent to became a global reference.
...l believe which it's possible to change the way of Africa🌍 development BUT we need More intelligent African Leaders all over this Rich Continent.
They need, JUST more Academic and Non Academic Education, Technical Formation(Qualified profiss.).... because t's time to Show to the World they're Competent people or Not.!!!
The Future will arrive slowly but definitely will see appearing the african Leaders with Academic qualifications 👏👏👏and good ideas to develop the Future of their Countries.!!!

Kenya can be quite hostile to business, especially manufacturing. It can be difficult to be competitive but hopefully things are changing
That’s an American 🇺🇸 dream for you babe. Not nonsense of crying for handouts
Kikuyus once again showing the world the mighty entrepreneurship brains. Their success in their home land always is seen differently by some lazy and small brain people.

So its handa not honda and toyora not toyota 🙊😮😂 😂
Is that all you got! What a shame.
Right American pronunciation. Not British like kenya.
Exactly handa toyara warer that's the American pronounciation.
Not original parts though, probably good for used cars.
Really? Does it matter?
What? You think mercedes makes 100% of it's parts?
Meeting quality and demand is the buzzword.
Shame.its for both brand new and day today repairs..wivu utawacha
They are original they supply the company to manufacture cars
Just say TO YO TA stop having identity crisis
Boss, stop forcing the us accent yet kikuyu accent is really killing you
HARAMBEEE 🇰🇪
Very inspiring…. Only change they need to do is drop that accent imitation.. it’s not working
Imitation accent ?? You must not know them ?
Waria utajilipua lini?
It's working for them. To be understood by their American clients they MUST adapt their accent. Its not a choice and Americans will correct your accent to help one be understood.
As long as you communicate and sales are made, who cares what you put on.
They don't need to change anything for you to be comfortable. It's your problem if you don't like it, not theirs.
Kenyans in America should stick to their Kenyan English accent,Your Warer ,hearer, sounds out of place😂😂😂
Sometimes si kupenda kwao,.
Wondering why they fake it. Nimeskia "Handa"
@@kahugumuiruri9057nugu sana wewe kijana. Try talking in your kenyan accent for some of these words and see how americans look lost. Utawacha ushamba.
Is their accent the only thing you see with these entrepreneurs?
The Accent comes out involuntary. In the same way ukikaa na a certain community you absorb their accent with time
this is just great work guys ,Kenya team
Why do it in America, why not in Kenya??
