      not really lebron was absolitely insane that season, it was one of those seasons where more than one guy had an all time great season so likea season from D-Wade that would have won the MVP in 95% of the years sadly didn't

      They went from 15 wins the year before (dead last in the East) to 43 wins, 5th seed in the 2008-2009 season. Amazing.

    Wade was indeed special and is absolutely valid as One of the 5 best 2 guards ever, yet for the Mamba to be this battle wary in the league, from going against the MJ's, the AI, the Miller's, the Carters, Roy's, & Mgrady's,...for him to still be battling the new era of greatness on the waning end of his prime but still at his best peak condition, giving it his all, working hard on both ends...is truly epic.

    • @anthonythomas4836
      @anthonythomas4836 6 лет назад +13

      Dereck Henson You literally cannot. All Wade has on him was efficiency. Kobe was a better Defender at his peak than Wade, better shooter, Wade better slasher, Kobe a better scorer and won two titles as the #1 option D Wade won 1. And did it in the controversial fashion, Mavs were screwed and the '06 Finals were rigged. Wade was shooting more free throws on his own than the entire Mavs team combined. Kobe was always more pollished in terms of fundamentals and technique. Kobe obviously better footwork, difficult shot maker and more clutch. Yes you can look at Kobe's bad FG% late in games in "clutch" situations if you wat but yearly Kobe was still hitting more game winners and I looked at D Wade's FG%'s late in games and they weren't too sparkly neither. Kobe's prime>>>Wade's. And btw only looking at primes alone shit you can make the case Bird was better than LeBron if you'd like, just goes to show you how dumb the argument is

    • @CarlyDayDay
      @CarlyDayDay 6 лет назад +4

      Anthony Thomas He was the best shot blocking guard at the time. He was leading the league in scoring. He was rebounding. Long story short, his all-around game was fuckin' with LeBron's (more blocks, less steals). Just look up his stats. Those two were neck and neck in the MVP race and Wade may have been better statistically. And Kobe was scoring most of those points against bad teams, taking too many shots. It's still an accomplishment, but let's keep it in perspective. But to be fair... I will review the stats. Maybe I forgot something. That was a conclusion I came to at the time, so I don't remember everything.
