112 people giving it a thumbs down, but I don't see any videos of them playing guitar while simultaneously commanding lightning bolts. Meanwhile, this guys partying with Zeus and Thor.
⚡️corybryan2105 was apparently shocked upon seeing his first ever human-Tesla coil interaction. corybryan was struck by what he considered an amped up mad cool display. I resisted the temptation to provide links to far more electrifying performance art that would have jolted his sensibilities into the magnetosphere. The featured performer really should’ve thought out a much more energetic approach to this performance art genre. Had he fused together a more current 21st century version of a guitar sound, a more powerful song, and a high-energy performance; supplemented by a proper balance of light, color and contrast, and additional generative effects and theatrics - we would have been treated to a performance that would’ve resonated through the ages; one that might have made him a potential fixture in the performance art circuit. That he chose to follow the path of least resistance; replaying that which has been accomplished to varying degrees of impressionable success across numerous college campuses in lab exercises, tells the viewer that he’s not yet plugged in to the art scene as a whole. Rather, he simply added a prop to an otherwise standard experiment. As it stands, the outcome was a largely static performance of one content to go with the flow; rehashing a low energy performance based on an age-old glorified party trick. Imagine if there would’ve been an ingenious spark of creativity, that led to a well designed act performed with powerful intensity. One can only imagine how such a presentation would’ve served well to build-up tension and ultimately end in an spectacular performance arc - now, that’s the kind of performance that would have generated enthusiasm and insulated this nascent performer from well-deserved criticism. Is it dangerous? It could be, if one is not properly prepared or protected. Perhaps it should be added, “Do not try this at ohm.”⚡️
We've got Mr. Stark playing the guitar, Thor offering the special effects, and a robot in the back on the drums, filling in for his brother Ultron. This is what happens when engineers get bored XD
oh wow he is using the tesla coils as amplifiers for the guitar which makes me very happy. because l though he was going to have dedicated amplifiers and then mirror the signal through the coils, but the sound is %100 reliant on the coils and it makes this so much cooler.
This is super cool. I'd love to see a version with some more drums/ bass going on, just so it's more rounded. (I get that the coils are supposed to be the star though.)
He's in Chainmail, his head is in a cage, and the chainmail is grounded. PLEASE don't think that electricity can't hurt you just because you're grounded. A full ciruit would be more lethal, but you can still be fried while grounded.
Faraday cage. The chainmail is much more conductive than he is, so the electricity goes through it instead of through him. Just like that scene in the live action Sorcerer's Apprentice, a metal chain link fence will protect you.
+GuiltyMiner0343 I am actually playing the sounds you hear. This modified guitar, made by ArcAttack, has electrical switches on the neck and bridge that act like a piano. By pressing on the fret and pulling the string a MIDI note gets sent to each of the tesla coils prompting a musical arc.
Is this real? The electricity looks a bit different in some other tesla coil videos. More blue, more wild. Maybe they use more power in those? Maybe lightning effects could have been done with computer afterwards?
That guitar takes Electric Guitar to a whole new level
Darth Marr you sir earned a like for that comment xD
Now is thunder Guittar
It becomes literal here! 😂
The *E* lectric guitar.
Dante would like Nevan back
Anyone else gonna talk about the robot playing the drums in the background?
look up compressor head
Robots. They’re taking our jobs 😝
fnaf go brrr
Thats metal as fuck

This is what happens when engineers take up musical electives in college.
And we're not even sorry about it
'zackly.
Indeed.
That’ll be me one day.
Spot on!!!
112 people giving it a thumbs down, but I don't see any videos of them playing guitar while simultaneously commanding lightning bolts. Meanwhile, this guys partying with Zeus and Thor.
hahahahahaha
@Hayden Holman let me guess you disliked the video
He isn’t actually playing so I guess that caused some people to dislike it
Edison fan boys mate

I see what you did there

Robots, lightnings and black Sabbath
How it should've turned out
@@JohnDoe-wb6vl I'd take that over this any day!
Taking electronic music to the next level.
a whole new meaning to "electric guitar"
“What kind of instrument do you play?”
“The electric guitar”
This Guy, Has Balls Of Steel, Literally.
you can't get more metal than this
Its because you didnt see a full band of robots playing Metal musics yet kkkkk
ruclips.net/video/3RBSkq-_St8/видео.html
THE ACTUAL ELECTRIC GUITAR
Yeah lol
I chose the wrong career.
Nikola Tesla..u beauty what a creation
Ozzy looked at this and said "why couldn't I have thought of that".
Cause he doesn't play guitar?
The Faraday Suit makes this all the more badass.
We've got Mr. Stark playing the guitar, Thor offering the special effects, and a robot in the back on the drums, filling in for his brother Ultron. This is what happens when engineers get bored XD
My music teacher: What instrument u you play?
Me:*LIGHTNING*

This man takes insanity to the next level, in both good and a bad way. That was awesome but still hella dangerous
Nothing can get more metal than this.
This is super cool. I'd love to see a version with some more drums/ bass going on, just so it's more rounded. (I get that the coils are supposed to be the star though.)
how did he walk around with balls that big
Equilibrium T its because hes grounded so the current passes right through him and he dosent feel a thing thats yhe dosent lift hes feet off the floor

This is so amazing great job!
That's amazing how the breakout points of these coils is getting red hot ! It must be so much power at the output (well, for a Tesla coil)
For a school field trip we got to see 3/5 guys perform!
It was fun...
And LOUD
This is the kind of things I had only seen in music videos and album cover.
Hardcore stuff.
Wow. I just have to say this is amazing!
IM SO GLAD I COULD SEE THIS LIVE (well not this video exactly but I saw iron man on a tesla coil :D)
Shockingly electrifying performance !!
thats an electrifying performance.
This is literally a thousand times better than most rock concerts.
How does he play the guitar while wearing chain mail? I thought it would be quite difficult.
+nzoomed Right hand is inside a small metal cage on the guitar. Left hand a has much harder time!
+Yago De Quay Interesting, you cant even see it in the video!
+nzoomed He is not actually playing, the guitar just conducts an electrical signal that is played by the tesla coils.
+Yago De Quay that's the midi part guys :) great job man I love tesla anything
Is noone gonna talk about the percussion robot in the back? Shit
What I was thinking
wtf this is so amazing, i would enjoy vm to see it live
Grande professor Julio
Player: *accidentally snaps a string*
Also player: *NUCLEAR EXPLOSION*
Balls of steel.
when energy becomes intelligence, nice sharing💎
are we able to say that he makes ELECTRIC guitar
That's sick!
In the future. Concerts are going to be epic
this a display of absolute musical, scientific, and programming genius mashed into one. how did you get the tesla coils to play the notes you pluck?
My favourite instrument? The tesla coil for sure!
This is the most metal thing I've ever seen
Given the choice and safety assured...
Would you dawn the Faraday suit to have your favorite music played through you?
This IS the coolest amp EVER
someone give this man a Grammy ❤️a robotic drummer? really !!! genius 👍🏻
This is like what people in the 1930s would've predicted for the future. Very cool haha.
Music teacher: what's your favorite instrument?
Me: *_tesla coil_*
When you do something this freaking cool, it's almost criminal to record it this bad.
Is this real? The electricity looks a bit different in some other tesla coil videos. More blue, more wild. Maybe they use more power in those? Maybe lightning effects could have been done with computer afterwards?
Very cool
very good
cool, thumbs up!!!
This shit seems like the end of a robot horror movie when they role the credits with the music in it
you are a legend
GENIUS
Devo concerts would benefit greatly from using these tesla coils
These were great people in Austin. Arc Attack! Wonder if they are still around this city.
The literal meaning behind Electric Guitar
It is physics and musics unite. So good.
+Oğuzhan Erdoğan really :))
Holy shit 😍
This inspired me to be a engineer
This is either the most geekiest or most metal thing I've seen in a while...
And I cant decide which...
Why not both? Who says geeks can't be metalheads?
One day people will lough on this!!
Simon presses my buzzer
Arcattack did that at UCONN and it was awesome
what if he made a replica iron man chain mail suit and used it
great big story!!!
This is like something you'd see on Metalocalypse, minus the dying.
Now this is metal
I always liked this episode of Battlestar Galactica.
Primus needs this.
ArcAttack! I just saw them today at school
Omg yes I play that song all the time
That so awsome i like that i will link
What do I have to study to do this
THIS IS A ELECTRONIC MUSIC ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Es muy raro esto, me encanta

Thor: seems like human challenging me
Nice
Incredible🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀
Thats greaatt
It's amazing what we have created those giant coils would have absolutely no problem deleting a human instantly

I think I like this music better then the others
.............bonjour............
Génialement dément...
Fantastique lol j'aime
This is the stuff of my dreams
Cuanto les costo al hacer todo el desarrollo y el contraste # chido
My man playing guitar like his zeus.
this reminds me of the scene in "hoppity goes to town"
MOST METAL THING I HAVE EVER SEEN
What material are the clothes you are wearing?
Doesn't get more Metal than this...
well, how safe is that?
Metal af
Dudes rock
what brand of pedal is this
I wish we could get a recording of tesla coils that aren't compressed to heck and back. The effective high-pass filter destroys the impact they have.
I was just thinking the same thing. It'd be great to have a better quality recording of this.
i was wondering why this sounded like complete garbage lol
