My question is that What is " JUTTU - KALINGA" ? this is a Common belief in Malenadu about King kobra. Juttu Kaling is very very Ferocious and aggressive against humans. This story we use to Heard in our Child wood, is it True ?

Every king cobra is same and have same attitude and behavior. Nothing special about the king you mentioned. People out of passion and to create fear may insert human hair over it's head .
