After looking and analysing all the fact and figures of the voyage of wakashio, I have come to a conclusion that the wreckaging wakashio on the shore of mauritius was a well plan operation executed in collaboration of the government of mauritius and the owner of wakashio for the purpose of claiming millions in compensation from the insurance company .Their must be an agreement done between the government of mauritius and the wakashio owner to go to that extent till it is too late and even a person who has not any school can see it . The wakashio want to claim insurance for its ship and contents while the government of mauritius will claim for environnement disaster and claim further money on behalf of the people affected in those area . This is a crime against humanity and environnement and both party responsible should be accountable and punished and any money that will coming out of the insurance should go direcly to the people who has been affected direcly with this act of negligence from both party concern . No insurance money should go to the mauritian government and the owner of wakashio.

On the evidence you have provided is very good and should teach the police department in mauritius how it should be done . The insurance company will not pay a cent to mauritius as it was outside the boundary of his operation duty . Remind you of a ship bought by mauritius in the 80tee and shank on it's first voyage which was outside it's operational boundaries and government didn't get anything and was a total lost . For this case you have to deal directly with the company under international law and don't let the government handle it as they will scope the money and brush the whole case aside .

The insurance company will not pay a cent to mauritius as it was outside the boundary of his operation duty . Remind you of a ship bought by mauritius in the 80tee and shank on it's first voyage which was outside it's operational boundaries and government didn't get anything and was a total lost .
For this case you have to deal directly with the company under international law and don't let the government handle it as they will scope the money and brush the whole case aside .

It is extremely sad that we have to experience such an ecological disaster in order for the Mauritian population to wake up. But better late than never. Let's keep our sense of solidarity in this crisis and beyond. We can fight against this government together. For the love of our country. Enough of pinokio, bunch of idiots and incompetency of those 'asizer bez cass'.
The ecological disaster is an unforeseen event. Whether this government or the next cant do anything about it. We don't have the expertise of this current situation. We don't have marine schools in Mauritius of higher level. Its not a shame, we don't even need them. its not sustainable. The coast guard job is to monitor activities in our lagoons and in our proximity high seas but is not capable of handling this kind of disaster. From a marine expertise a drowning ship in rough seas is like a magnet drawing anything even the towing boat around it to sink with it. But its sad to watch it.
