Great review.. I agree that the cameras on the Fortuner is not too great.. hence I opted for the non-VX models because I dont think paying that much extra for not really better sound, not great cameras and adaptive cruise control is worth it for me... That steering wheel cracks easily and you get one under warranty bit the new one cracks again.. Overall a great car to own.. The analog dials are great for me and I am not really interested in a fancy screen system. Not why many people buy Fortuners. I think a lot of people that compare these with tech to others might miss the point (with respect) The gear shifter is not a problem. Just because someone elses is different doesnt this needs to change.. It works and doesnt bother me.. what would bother me (and saw it with higher tech vehicles) are the gear selectors getting stuck or dont release as they should.. Anyways just a bit of feedback from an owner 😊
