In my opinion I like the designs cause they are magical girls but I also agree with how they could’ve done a bit more or such to change it up. My opinion would be since they are inspired by doctors they could’ve leaned more on the jackets a bit like elongated them along with the dresses to give off that kind of open coat look while still has like a dress silhouette And I agree with how they could’ve given the fourth cure a green pallet cause we haven’t had much of a core green cure for a little while now.
I agree, Healing goods designs are my least favorite. It is just such a basic flower, water, and light theme. Especially Fontaine's. Some good things: I love Grace and Sparkle's hair, and I like the light blue they added to Sparkle's skirt Loving Design Diary!
I loved the designs of the Healing Good Precure, I fell in love with them when I first saw the designs ^^ My favourites will have to be Grace's Original Precure Form, Nodoka civilian form, Grace's Animal Partner Form, Sparkles Animal Partner Form, the Super Forms and Kayguya ^^ Great video as always ^^
Also I think cure earth birthday was a miss as well! I mean there entire day where celebrated our planet, I think Toei had opportunity of making cure earth birthday on that day. It would be a nice nod to that, I mean this season was basically taking care of environment so they missed a huge opportunity with that too!
I like how you stated good and bad parts of each outfit! I agree that Fontaine's was the worst, and to be honest I didn't like Sparkle's chiffon part of her dress and they could have done some ruffles instead, and the brown stockings were unnecessary. I also wasn't a fan of Grace's hair. I'm glad they got better in tropical rouge (except Papaya's)
Even tho Fontaine was my favorite, her design was my least favorite of them all. Her partner form was my favorite but overall the rest of her forms have something i would have definetly changed...Sparkle had the best designs for me...Grace was ok. Cure Earth... good...But the color should have been something with green... Anyways their civilian forms are one of my favs in all the franchise, very refreshing and normal. I loved the villains´ designs too and the Healin animals were cute.Also the school uniforms were great too!

Precure were in their ‘too many colours on yellow cures’ era, and it makes her look terrible. I think she’s the worst designed cure ever. I think cure sparkle is the ugliest and earth is the most disappointing. Why would you make a season with so much greenery if your 6th ranger won’t even be near to green? Cure earth should’ve at least be a seafoam cure. If you’re going to call a cure cure earth don’t make her the rarest colour on earth! Green is one of *the* colours of healthcare so the purple decision was stupid. They’ve done the whole naturey season without a green cure great before, in splash star. SPLASH STAR IS LITERALLY MY FAVOURITE DESIGNED SEASON. I think it was a bad decision to do a movie with yes 5 when splash star would’ve worked so much better, but hey, S☆S is the least popular precure season. I feel like Cure Fontaine is the best in the season, but she’s also so disappointing. Her kimono form is the best, being at a good B+ design choice. I just am disappointed that the season we had for the half of lock down was so bad.
imo happiness charge still has the most boring artstyle and designs. i get that they tried to go a slightly different route with the whole "magical girl power rangers" motif but the overall outfits could've used a bit more original flair. (why did everyone have black in their uniform.. just why)
I can see how the simpler artstyle could turn people off. I personally enjoy the shading most and love the glossy, plastic feeling of their hair. However, I will admit that in still frames, it can look pretty bland
I will say when the season first came out I was excited until I found out they transform with fairies cause I usually don’t like when they need the fairies to transform. However, I will say the fairies in this season were pretty much main characters and were one of the redeeming qualities about the show and I wonder if 2020 didn’t happen if the show would’ve been better Because even though it, Atsumi grew on me but she really was but there. I think they could’ve made her green and it would’ve still worked with her blonde hair, but I wasn’t super upset about the purple after watching it however, it makes sense why they put the yellow in the middle with the pink after she joined instead of her like normal, because she really didn’t have that much of a character design and I feel like they wanted to do more with the yellow character this season, but could not do to timing. (Also sorry I keep commenting on these videos. I just love them lol I’m getting back into RUclips and probably gonna do some precure videos of my own very soon) and I do agree cure fountain was a let down. And to be honest, I don’t even really like the skirt if they really wanted to they could’ve used some of the skirt designs from Mermaid’s beta tbh and the hair is like to long tails but not really just casually separated. But it sucks because I really like her character. I just don’t really care for her cure design that much I don’t know what it is. It’s like the boots or the dress or the hair or all three I just feel like they could do a better design overall.
The difference in quality between the powerups did me in. After this season, I gave up on the pink/yellow/blue trio. Thankfully, Delicious Party was pretty good

I love the color purple , but Cure Earth should have been Earth and blue , with some white for clouds , she need to be name Cure Cleanse for Cleanse of Viruses if she gonna be purple
I mean they are meh at best. Definetly the worst Precure outfits are: 2) HapinessCharge they look like those awful colorless pixies corporate uniforms from Fairly Oddparents and 1) Delicious Party. This are the worst designs. They look too busy and packed, have awful bright colors and are unpractical.
I'll have to defend Happiness Charge😭 The outfits are very fun. I love the black vest. DeliPa too. They finally made pink, blue and yellow look interesting
Maybe it's a cultural thing (I'm American), but I do not like the names. It doesn't gel with me. Fontain and Sparkle do not have much theming and give off middle school level designs. Especially with those teal ruffles on fontaine (i used to do that). The colors clash on the girls really badly except Grace. The show should've really leaned into the doctor and healing elements with the byogens looking more like germs and viruses.

I think this team has some of the worst cure designs but some of the best civilian ones
I really like the down to earth civilian forms. Chiyu's dark blue is almost a natural hair colour
This is just my opinion, I actually really like their cure designs and their simplicity. Fontaine's is actually my favourite. Just saying. 😌
