These Cinnamon Sugar Cookies are made from the dough with cottage cheese and without adding eggs that are easy and simple. If you need to make a quick and easy breakfast or dessert with a minimum set of ingredients, then this recipe is for you. The only drawback is that they disappear from the table too quickly.
Ingredients;
80 gr butter (at room temperature)
200 gr cottage cheese
140 gr all-purpose flour
10 gr baking powder
40 gr sugar
10 gr cinnamon
Bake in preheated oven 15 min at 180 C degree.
