Creamy Apple Pie! More Apples Than Dough Apple Pie!
A stunning combination of apples, and sour cream apple pie! This tasty creamy apple cake with lots of fresh apples is so moist and aromatic that you will instantly fall in love with it.
Recipe;
300 gr all-purpose flour
100 gr cold butter
50 gr sugar
5 gr baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
100 gr sour cream
3,4 big apples
For Sour Cream Sauce;
300 gr sour cream
2 eggs
180 gr sugar
30 gr cornstarch
Bake in preheated oven 40-50 min at 18 C degree.

I made this Italian cake recipe video too, but my cake ended up looking more like a brick than something you would want to eat. Yours looks so much better than mine! I think my cake could double as a paperweight, so I might need to give this another shot and redo my video!
