100 gr sugar
60 gr butter (at room temperature)
1 egg white
3 tbsp. of lemon juice
30 gr of corn starch
160 gr of white flour
1 tbsp. of lemon zest
Bake in preheated oven for about 10-15 minute at 180 C degree.
