I can say that both spring and fall semesters for the 2022 year application date are probably closed, so the best option for you is to prepare yourself for the 2023 academic year. You can use just your transcript and WASSCE but mind you the SAT helps with getting enough scholarship for yourself.

In the US now due to COVID-19, SAT is not required by some schools; however, I would suggest that you take the SAT, it would help with the scholarship, trust me, I know from experience.
