No, there isn’t. I saw a 53 year old graduate with a bachelors degree last April. However, your age needs to make sense to the visa officers for the degree you’re going for.
I would advise you email the Grad coordinator while attaching your transcript to know if they accept HND degrees for that program. If they say Yes then apply. I haven’t seen any program that specifically says “HND” degree yet but I have friends here on scholarship who came with a HND degree.
Yes… you can convert your GPA to 4.0 scale then check the GPA required for your desired program. Some admit people with less than 2.8/4.0 CGPA But can you beef up your application profile first so you get scholarships?

These points aren’t easy to do but if you want it badly enough then IT IS POSSIBLE!
