Unigo does have legitimate scholarships. Unigo’s list of scholarships, awards, and grants will give you fun, unusual, academic, need-based, student-specific, career, and even more types of scholarships. You can Google the individual scholarships listed if you don't want to sign up for a Unigo account. You should also try to avoid the ones with no essay requirements.

We personally haven't seen many scholarships that are targeted specifically to dual enrollment students. However, some universities/colleges may offer them to those students.

With a combination of need-based aid and merit-based aid, you will find schools that offer close to a full scholarship.

Most websites are for US residents studying in the US. But each scholarship is different and there may be some that are open to international students.
