Hi Hakkı Furkan Gökçekli, I aslo don't know from were to get the depth data in csv. But using GIS you can do it. It's a try and i m not sure about the accuracy. Here is the procedure, after downloading the bathymetry data. What does "grid_code" value means? What those values represent? Is it the depth in meters/feet?

No not exactly, this is not a high resolution bathymetry data.
