Important to note when that contract was made? Was it during Covid? How long was her contract? Was it made after Covid but in low season etc. Also how many sqm? It's a great price for a place, even a tiny place, with a pool, gym, and washing machine. But they may be asking 50%+ more for it now. Size is all relative to what you're used to. If you're coming from the west, that's tiny (unless you're coming from someplace like NYC). If you're coming from someplace in Asia, that size not unusual at all.

I was stay here 2015 I like litle faar to city center but best part can find tuktuk easy and cheap 10 baht to walking streed and 10 baht back to room easy to transport any where.
You may be able to get one in that building for 6,000 now. Electricity is government rate at about 4B per unit.

Very small but for $130 .... it can't be beat. I have a very cheap car ( in the US ) and it's $280 per month. So $130 is an amazing price. Still I would get something bigger in the $300 range.

you've gone to all the trouble of making the video and describing roughly where it is , example 1klm from terminal 21 but in which direction !! be wise to put the name up of the condos , would help out a lot ....... I would live there all rooms look the same when asleep. .......... I'm guessing its most probably at Nakula/Wongamat

They are a bit more expensive now, I've seen a few at 6500 but generally they are 7500 to 8000 now and most without a washing machine. There are a lot of them advertised on Facebook Marketplace at the moment. At 6500 still good value but at 8000 you can probably get a bit bigger and better.

There will be a garbage container on the ground floor .If you want cleaning you can arrange it with the Condo management .It will be an extra cost .

I went there and the security guards demanded an ID from me in the gate. The office was not open but there was a list of condos available started at 7000 and 2 months deposit which is against the 2018 renters law in Thailand. On the way out the security guards did not want to give my DL back unless I meet certain conditions that they tried to explain. Luckily a LINE of vehicles started build up behind us and I just repeated to give my license back, license please. Finally they aborted the mission and returned my license. Do not go there, especially do not give your ID to anyone, I never will again. Lesson learned.

Little choice when the original design of so many units was a long thin rectangle with a window/balcony at the end, how else do you split the space but still allow natural light to the rear living zone. Thank fully more modern units from 2010 on seem to be better planned out
Anything that is put on RUclips will no longer be at the same price or be available within 24 hours so its of no use . And always send your Thai girlfriend or Thai wife to rent a condo do not accompany her that way she will get the Thai price not the Farang boyfriend or husband price which is 30% to 50% more

Are you real? No one watched it closer I spied the LUM in the sign, and I'm pretty sure I've found it at Lumpini Condo Town in Naklua, right up on the Sukhumvit highway. So my next question is why confuse us with a street walk that was no where near the condo, and why the secrecy - U OZZY TWUNT
