Today I present a couple of Hot Sandwich recipes. A Roast Beef Po’boy, drenched in warm and savory gravy. And a deli favorite, a classic Reuben Sandwich with some pretty tasty, low carb rye bread. Two classic sandwiches that have more flavor than carbs.

Roast Beef Bread add:
1 1/4 tsp onion powder
Reuben Bread add:

1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
3 to 4 slices provolone cheese
Beef Gravy:
1/4 tsp tarragon amzn.to/3oit5G1

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

2 Tbs unsalted butter
1 Tbs onion, grated or very finely chopped

2 Tbs heavy cream

I think i see a Cuban sandwich coming my way using the beef sandwich bread. I’m so happy. I have missed a good Cuban on low carb!!
I don't know why I continue to punish myself by watching these videos while I fast. It never fails. These two sandwiches look absolutely beautiful.
This is a tip I got from Joe Duff the diet chef … to keep the parchment paper from moving around put just the slightest amount of oil and stead it around the dish then lay the parchment paper in it and it won’t slide around when your spreading out the dough mixture
ive n ever been a fan of rye bread but both of these look great!!!
The key is to have the right filling for the rye flavor. Even I wouldn't like it with something like peanut butter...lol!! Thanks for the love Antwanette!!

The Reuben is OUTSTANDING - follow recipe exactly - be a bit conservative on spices - I made 1st time and it was strong because I am a flavor lover - I was conservative the 2nd time on spices and it turned out perfect - an absolute weekly go to no doubt - 5 Stars PAPA G - 5 Stars

Me, in England, very intrigued by roast beef/gravy AND cheese…and confused by corned beef, what we get over here called that is completely different! Need to do some research 😄 Thank you for your recipes, easy to follow, great for someone who is really bored with ultra clean keto and needs an incentive not to go and eat a whole loaf of bread at once! We use that bread recipe for pizza crust...bake it then put on toppings and put back in to melt....it's the best pizza crust!

So the bread is just cooked cheese and if I'm watching correctly if you eat one whole sandwich you eat 2 cups of cheese for one meal. I ask cos I'm surpsired there's no Almond flour or pork rinds to lower the carb count and fat. They look absolutely delicious and I Ce here to see what you made them of. I've made cheese tortillas before and they're delicious but just greasy to hold. Thank you for the videos. Gonna try some soon.
Hi Aidan. First thanks for the support, I really appreciate it. It's actually 1 1/2 cups of cheese, but you can make half of the recipe if you like. Adding almond flour would actually increase the carb count, but I didn't include it because I thought it would change the flavor profile. ❤

The recipe looks good and the gravy also; the only problem is that the bread is made with cheeses and then the sandwich also has cheese, everything you eat here is cheese and 🧀 cheese 😱 is this healthy???🤦♀️
