The most interesting thing about Leonardo to me is that one of the greatest geniuses of all time didn't even have a surname. Da Vinci literally means _'from Vinci'._ The town he was born in.

Which was normal in its time? People didn’t even have surnames back then in general.

@@PhyrexJ Depends where, I guess. Some countries had several. Some literally had their entire paternal ancestry outlined in their name. Especially east of Constantinople

I wish I could go back in time to meet Leonardo da Vinci .
I would tell him that I am from 572 years in the future and I would show him proof that there are armored tanks in my time which is the year 2024

I remember the first time I was exposed to Leonardo da Vinci was in a movie that was called Hudson hawk and had Bruce Willis in it. It was kind of like over the top thief movie with a little bit of a Indiana Jones feel to it. Really funny go to watch.

I know, right! Working with AI is still very challenging, and sometimes it mix some stuff up and we try to work as best as we can with what we have at the moment. But it's getting better and easier every day. Thanks for your comment!

The fact that he lost interest in a subject after satisfying his curiosity on it reminds me of myself sometimes. I'm beginning to wonder if he had Asperger's Syndrome like I do.

I look forward to the day when we can literally download genius into our minds, like Neo downloading kung fu in the Matrix.

Leonardo had a boyfriend for at least 20 years. He was a street hustler-type scoundrel that he used to call his “Little Devil” because he was constantly getting into trouble/mischief. He employed him as his assistant/model. He was said to be quite attractive, a little guy with a big personality.
Also, there is a blank space of a couple years in his life that experts think was Leonardo being in prison for what was likely solicitation. Ancient Alien people will try to make outlandish claims about this short time period, ignoring his possible incarceration. Feel free to give those people an eye roll 🙄 It’s ridiculous, plus part of people’s “straight-washing” of his life

Leonardo da Vinci was NOT for sure a vegetarian, we cannot know for sure.
3 of his biographers all wrote after 1930 !!! About his vegetarianism manners. The quotes they translated were Leonardo da Vinci's parlour games where he didnt even talk about meat! Example: "Many offspring shall be snatched by cruel thrashing from the very arms of their mothers, and flung on the ground, and crushed." You'd think hes talling about cows but no, its about nuts and olives. It's a parlour game.
Ya'll dont do research of your own anymore, and even more infuriating, you impose contemporary lifestyles upon people and events in history. Those were different times. Dont do it.
