He’s using a green tip which means it’s a fine finish low pressure tip (FFLP) and those tips go up to around a .15 orifice size. Oil based usually recommends that size of orifice. Latex only uses from around .17 orifice size to .19
I can’t seem to get that orange peel/ stipple look to go away no matter how spray close far high pressure or low thin paint etc what should I try I noticed the paint requires .15-19 office size spraying duration it seems to not level together to well and thinking it down causes it to spray a lot of mil with the 514 almost to it running but no run and still don’t look super fine I’m beat as I’ve never had this issue spraying 😩😤any tips

If it were oil based he wouldn't be doing it in shorts. The new high end cabinet paints are water based 2k systems.

Also just a tip we keep several sets of hinges we swapp hinges and paint everything hanging where it is it takes a good painter but it can be done
