What a struggle it's becoming to love they who would dismantle this country to suit their insane green, woke and godless progressive ideologies. So Matthew 24 is speaking of the second coming of Jesus and not the rapture. Some pastors confuse it and say it is the rapture that he is speaking of, but it can’t be one because of the languages he is using and two because it is a parable.
MATTHEW 23 AND 24 SIMPLIFIED In MT 23 Jesus and his disciples are talking to the scribes and Pharisees in the temple itself as to the things that were going to happen to them. He says that THEIR temple was going to be destroyed! MT 23:38. And he told them that it ALL was going to happen to THEM in their generation. MT 23:36. And it included all of Jerusalem itself. MT 23:37 It was THAT generation, those guys right there in front of him that he was talking to, that were going to experience the events he described!!! THOSE GUYS! They understood what he said. They knew what it meant. Then, Jesus and the disciples came out and walked a ways, and then Jesus said to his disciples that THAT same temple was going to be destroyed down to the ground it was standing on. MT 24:2 They wanted to know when. He told them the same thing he told those Pharisees and scribes. But he added many more details for his disciples. He goes down through a long list of things that would occur, finally coming to completion and fulfillment with the coming of the Lord in MT 24:34 “Truly, I say to you, this generation WILL NOT PASS AWAY till all these things take place.” THAT generation did pass away, after THAT temple had already been destroyed. Recorded history proves beyond any debate that THAT VERY TEMPLE was destroyed by the Romans in 70AD, in the timing and manner that Jesus foretold! What could be more clearer? Jesus could not, and would not, make a mistake that huge! He was God in flesh! To think that Jesus was referring to a generation more than two millennia in the future, is completely nothing his disciples would want to know, or even be able to understand! And it does gross violence to the word of God! If Jesus was dead-on on the timing of that temple being destroyed in Jerusalem (in that generation); why couldn't He also be right on the timing of His coming? Think of it like this; Jesus did not know the precise day and hour that temple was going to be destroyed right down to the ground it was standing on. But He did know the generation. THAT one! And history records that 40 years later the temple was destroyed. So, when He foretold His coming as also being in THAT generation, why then suddenly does His not knowing the precise day and hour disqualify His prophecy? If “this generation” in MT 23, means their generation, when Jesus was foretelling the destruction of their temple to those Pharisees and Scribes; then why does “this generation” in MT 24, not mean their generation when Jesus was speaking to His disciples about the destruction of their temple, (same one), and His coming?
Solomons temple was the most extravagant temple. It was the first temple and was destroyed by the Babylonians. The second temple was Zurrubbel's (wrong spelling) temple which was much less extravagant. Herod's reconstruction made it much more beautiful like what the diciples were showing him. Just a little correction
Then why is there going to be a temple in the millennium with animal sacrifice, like some preachers teach? Jesus is right there and the whole world believes in Jesus so wouldn't all be Christians. And no need for sacrifices.
The sacrifices in the Millennial Kingdom will be in remembrance of Jesus's sacrifice on the cross, similar to how we celebrate communion. The sacrifices in the Old Testament were looking forward to Jesus's coming sacrifice on the cross.

The fig tree is not specifically Israel- The people alive to see the 1948 return of Israel is not the last generation prior to the rapture and or return of Jesus at the 2 nd coming Those who see the cosmic signs, abomination of desolation ,events in succession during the Tribulation etc they will be the last generation and will know based on the fig tree example the buds=sign of the times prior to the Trib, the leaves ( possibly) come out during the Trib, the fruit ( grapes of wrath) come out during the Trib and the harvest is at the end of the age at the 2 coming of Jesus with His bride The church - the fig tree example is a time period following from bud to harvest can be seen by the last generation ( 7 years) 🙏🇺🇸🇮🇱🌎

But book of Revelation Chapter 13 verse 8 said, rapture not happen to 100% among Christians during the 7 years tribulation. Except for those with names recorded in the book of LIFE, they will workship the breast. That means there are Christian still living on the earth. Also, the last two raised from the death on the cross must be believers! They will be testifying Jesus and make way for other non believers through out that 7 year or most of the period. The church who said 100% Christian recaptured , that phase is a false teaching or just a marketing strategy for enjoying more financial dedication. Believer should spend more time develop and perform Jesus's character rather than care about him/her being recaptured or not. In book of Matthew 25, Jesus said Love among believer in the end time fading. The 7 churches mentioned in the book of Revelation 1-3, only 1.5 church with love that can overcome the trouble and appreciated by Jesus. Anyway, Corner stone has many wonderful teachings.
