I have a pastor who seems to want “ unity” above all . There is so much apathy . I feel alone and I feel discouraged and frustrated . I know the Lord is always with me. What’s really tough is I’m not able to walk and have a motorized wheel chair and there are no churches here that have vehicles to get me to church😢😢

I can testify that l have definitely heard GOD'S voice. It happened in early January 2010. I had been praying about a situation that happened in January 2009. HE said 'l know the plans l have for you' and about a week or so after hearing HIS voice, my prayer was answered. That was not the only time l heard GOD'S voice. GOD is Great. HE is Faithful and Kind. HE is real and l truly believe HE IS THE ONE TRUE LIVING GOD.

I've heard God once while I was 15. I was praying very hard asking God to one day have a daughter. At 24 I had my daughter. I never had ultrasound I just knew it was a girl. God is all knowing all powerful.

Dear Pastor, I hardly can get enough of your teachings. The days are just to short :-) In today's teachings allow me to question your view regarding cremation. I always have been in mind, we are made out of dust not of ashes. In my opinion two different chemical origins dust never had live while ashes only originate out of any kind of live bevor fire. Adam and Eve so the Word tells us were created out of dust, in the time of "Paradise", the Garden. Wouldn't ashes happen only after the fall? Also, I was brought up that burning dead bodies is a heathen custom.

We agree with most of your spiritual beliefs based on the Bible and we are truly blessed. However, there are some areas which we believe you simply unintentionally missed and perhaps with a humble heart you can look into: 1) Did Jesus go to paradise right away after He died? The Bible tell that Jesus Himself did not go to Paradise right away when he died, He died on a Friday (Preparation Day, rested on the Sabbath and resurrected on the first day (Sunday). Luke 23:43 “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:43 But the meaning changes when the comma is placed “after” the word “today”. So it reads: Luke 23:43 “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee To day, shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Notice how the placement of comma changes the meaning. The righteous dead DO NOT go to heaven right away. They sleep in their graves are waiting for Jesus to come. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Gary, I am studying the character of God and Christ. I received from the Holy Spirit interesting character of the Spirit which we must strive after. But to get the idea of fullness of the triune God's character, I want to study that so as to become more like HIM and guiding others. I need trustworthy lectures. Incorrect actually. Both the Old and the New Covenants are for Israel not the church the body of Christ. See Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews 8:8 KJB. The Covenants belong to national Israel (Romans 9:4 KJB). We are currently living in the dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3:2 KJB). Paul is our apostle (Romans 11:13 KJB). Paul said, "Consider what I say, and the Lord give thee understanding in all things." (2 Timothy 2:7 KJB). We are to rightly divide the scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15 KJB). You are conflating the prophetic and mystery programs. You must rightly divide them. The church the body of Christ is the new creature 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJB speaks of. Believers under grace have a present possession of salvation (Romans 5:11 KJB) and will never come under God's wrath (I Thessalonians 5:19 KJB). That's why anyone who trusts Paul's "my gospel" (Romans 2:16, Romans 16:25, 2 Timothy 2:8 KJB) today is forgiven all trespasses (Colossians 2:13 KJB) and is complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10 KJB). This is how Romans 5:1 KJB can say a believer is "at peace with God" because there is no fear of God's wrath when sin is no longer an issue between them and God! The gospel that saves today is found in I Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB. If you believe how that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again three days later for your complete justification, you are eternally saved and will never come under God's wrath. No works of any kind can be added to Christ's finished cross work or the gospel is perverted and of no effect. Do not believe the lie that you must pray and ask God to save you or forgive you -- He never says this under grace. Simply believe and trust the gospel and God will save you, forgive all your sins, and seal you with His promised Holy Spirit (see Ephesians 1:13 KJB).

Rightly dividing and teaching on Dispensations is what opened my understanding up of the Bible, God's word and God's beautiful plan he put in place, it is part of why i am now a born again Christian (having been born into an LDS Family before). Could you clarify though, the new creature, my understanding is that it is us, every one individually who is sealed with the spirit becomes that new creature. As a whole, of course we come together to be the Church, his Bride, but i didn't see that specifically being mentioned in the Bible, just want to know :) thank you!

Hello, Pastor Hamrick. I've just recently come across you on youtube and I agree with and appreciate your knowledge and insight regarding the TRUTH of the Word of God. My question; My son accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ about 20 years ago. He has always been interested in and drawn to religions/churches that practice liturgy. Presently, he has been visiting different churches, and is very taken in by the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. As a mature, Baptist Believer/Follower of Christ, I'm very concerned about their beliefs and their doctrine/practices. I've researched this religion, and I'm very concerned about how this church seems to place more emphasis on the historic Saints/icons, i.e. Mary, (Theotokos), Saint Paul, Saint Nicholas, Saint Peter, ect. than on our Lord, Jesus Christ. Transubstantiation comes to mind, as well as their teaching on Baptism, just to name a few. I have been praying for my son, and I've told him that I would love to sit with him to try to understand his attraction, specifically to liturgical worship and their beliefs, many of which are NOT scriptural. As I type this, you are speaking about Jesus, as our High Priest and only mediator to God. The St. Nicholas Orthodox teaches to choose an historic saint who you can relate to or highly respect and pray to them. They then take our prayers to God on our behalf. In other words, they see these historic saints as our mediator and High Priest. Would you please help me to know how to counter their unbiblical beliefs in a loving, humble way? Thank you, Patty.

I don't believe Luke 16 (The Rich man and Lazarus) is a parable. Whenever Jesus used a parable, He didn't use personal names. In this story, in Luke 16:29, Jesus said "Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.".... So, not only did Jesus use Lazarus' name, He also used Abraham's name, Moses' name and summed up all the Old Testament Prophets. That's 15 real people mentioned by name, by Jesus. If you want to get technical, you can add the rich man and all 5 of his brothers - 21 people total. Not just that, notice how Jesus says that Abraham said to the rich man, "They HAVE Moses and the Prophets, let them HEAR them." Jesus is speaking in the present tense because the word of God is living and so are the Old Testament Prophets. He's speaking about a real physical place called hell and He's speaking of real living people who made it to heaven.
If people are already in heaven, why does Paul say David is still in his tomb and that he had not ascended into heaven? See Acts 2:29-34 He said this in about 60-65 AD, before the destruction of Jerusalem.
On the OT dietary laws - my late veterinarian husband contended that another reason for those laws were for the Israelites’ wellbeing, as in those days they had no knowledge or remedies for some of the diseases carried by pork, shell fish etc., that could be fatal.
The Word doesn't say they had or hadn't eaten of the tree of life...but after eating the tree of evil they were protected from living forever in a sinful nature if they had eaten the tree of life after.
You said in this video that when Jesus died on the cross, he went into hell and took some of the old testament people to heaven. I refer you to Acts 2:29-34 where the Apostle Paul said (in about 60 - 65 AD), "Men and brethren, let me freely speak to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day....For David did not ascend into the heavens..." and 2 Timothy 2:18 ….where Paul says, “…..who, concerning the truth, have erred, saying the resurrection is past already….” So my question is: When did the resurrection take place? Paul said these things before the destruction of Jerusalem by Rome in 70 AD.

Is salvation an instant concept or is it slow changes as you realize how God would like you to live . I got saved young yet i sinned and later on in life I realized I kept sinning and did not change although I read the Bible daily and meditated on it I did not change until pressed and with oppression and truly understood what Christ did . I worry because I did not u defat and and keep asking God to forgive me and humbly saying I’m sorry yet feel like I need to make another act of accepting Christ in the church .
Salvation is both an instant concept and slow changes of growth. Salvation is by faith and not works. Once you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ bore your sins on the cross you are saved. Acts 16:30-31. You also must believe He is Lord of your life so the Holy Spirit will begin the slow process of sanctification in your life. Yes many Christians will backslide and we all sin daily (1John 1:7-9, James 3:2, Romans 7:14-25) but there is no need to get re-saved or accept the Lord again because God will convict you of sin and bring you to repentance. God loves you so much that He will not let you go even if it means he has to severely chastise you. (Hebrews 12:5-8) God has given us the tools with which to grow- the Bible, prayer, worship, Christian fellowship, daily repentance and church. The Spirit is the primary agent of sanctification and He has promised to work in you until “Christ is formed in you”. It is Christ in you through the Spirit that can do any good. Self effort is fruitless. (John 15:4-5, Romans 8:4, Galatians 2:20, John 3:21, Galatians 5:16) His yoke is easy and his burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30. May the Lord bless you. ❤
Actually Mary-Jane that was not an accurate reply. You have more studying to do. You are not "rightly dividing" the scriptures as per our apostle Paul's instruction in 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB. You are conflating prophecy and mystery when you have to separate them. When you combine them, confusion ensues. That is why this poor girl is unsure of her salvation. The prophetic program concerns Israel and the mystery program (Ephesians 3 KJB) concerns the body of Christ. They are not the same! A nation and a BODY are different. Israel was under the law and did not have a "present possession of salvation" like we do under grace today (Romans 5:11 KJB). That his why they were instructed to "endure till the end" Mark 13:13 KJB). However, under this current dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3:2KJB), salvation is a FREE gift (Romans 5:15 KJB) with NO (zero) accompanying works of any kind. As a matter of fact, regarding salvation, added works pervert the gospel making it of NO effect! There is no boasting allowed! (Ephesians 2:9 KJB). Israel needed to believe Christ was their Messiah, confess him publicly, be water baptized, keep the law, be circumcised, confess sins, endure till the end, etc. At no time could they claim they were secure (thus - "endure till the end.") Israel's salvation is future and their new covenant is tied to Christ's 2nd Coming (see I Peter 1:13 KJB as well as Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews 8:8 KJB). Paul is our apostle and the FIRST member of the church the body of Christ, which is the new creature (see Romans 11:13, I Timothy 1:16, and 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJB). Israel rejected their Messiah. Their third strike was when they stoned Stephen, filled with the Holy Ghost in Acts 7. Jesus was standing in heaven ready to pour out his wrath on Israel in Acts 7:56 KJB. Instead of pouring out his wrath, he chose to dispense grace. He saved Saul of Tarsus (the persecutor of Israel's believing remnant, known as the "little flock" in Luke 12:32 KJB), making him the apostle of the Gentiles in Acts 9 KJB. (See Romans 11:13 KJB). Paul preached his "my gospel" (see Roman's 2:16, Rom 16:25, and 2Timothy 2:8 KJB) for salvation under grace. It is found in I Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB. This gospel does not include water baptism (I Corinthians 1:18 KJB) or the keeping of the law or convents. We simply believe how that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again three days later for our complete justification. We hear this gospel and believe it - no works of any kind (no Sinner's Prayer's acceptable!). Please see Ephesians 1:13 for proof of that. My advice to this girl is to believe and trust alone without works of any kind the blood Christ shed believing he died for our sins, was buried, and rose again three days later for our complete justification. That's the only way anyone is eternally saved today. God does not convict anyone (who has trusted this gospel) of sin requiring them to "get it right" because he is no longer dealing with sin once we are saved. He circumcises away the flesh and no longer sees it. He does not know believers today according to their flesh (see 2 Corinthians 5:16-17 KJB). God does not chasten believers today for any sin either! Hebrews is a Hebrew epistle written to Jews under the law. It is not written by apostle Paul as doctrine for the church the body of Christ today. We get our marching orders from the epistles Paul wrote - Romans to Philemon. All the Bible is FOR us (our learning) but not all the Bible is written TO US ( for our participation). There is no way (zero possibility) that anyone can do what is written to Israel under the law at the same time they are under grace. There are contradictions that can only be reconciled through right division. Besides, Israel is diminished today and has no special standing before God. (They will again in the future after the rapture, however.) They are no longer the channel of blessing according to the Abrahamic Covenant (Genesis 12:1-3 KJB). Right division is the KEY God gave for understanding the Bible. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB. Otherwise, we won't understand who our apostle is and what our doctrine is either.

Yes, the dietary laws were originally given to the Jews because God cares that they be in good health that they maybe a beacon of light to the world around them. But they failed in their mission. However, the question is: Are the bodies of the Jews different than our bodies today? If God considered those animals (such as pig, crustaceans, etc) unclean and are unfit for them to eat (for they are scavengers which feed on dirt of land and sea), ARE OUR BODIES NIW DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF THE JEWS? Doesn’t science and modern medical research confirm that a high cholesterol diet, a high fat diet, the lack of exercise etc are the causes of major killer diseases such as cardiovascular diseases (stroke, high blood pressure, cardiac arrests)? Why does God not allow eating the blood of animals? Because in blood is life plus the diseases of animal scare often in the blood as well. Our God who saves us want us too to be in great health for He loves us so much! Having good health means we can serve Him better and He can use us better and thus fulfill His purpose in our lives better to represent Him to the world. We dishonor God when He gave us these Dietary Laws and Guidelines and we do not obey Him because we give preference to our appetites and gluttony without due regard to our bodies, the Temple of the Holy Spirit. I can testify that l have definitely heard GOD'S voice. It happened in early January 2010. I had been praying about a situation that happened in January 2009. In today's teachings allow me to question your view regarding cremation. I always have been in mind, we are made out of dust not of ashes. In my opinion two different chemical origins dust never had live while ashes only originate out of any kind of live bevor fire. Adam and Eve so the Word tells us were created out of dust, in the time of "Paradise", the Garden. Wouldn't ashes happen only after the fall? However, there are some areas which we believe you simply unintentionally missed and perhaps with a humble heart you can look into:
1) Did Jesus go to paradise right away after He died? The Bible tell that Jesus Himself did not go to Paradise right away when he died, He died on a Friday (Preparation Day, rested on the Sabbath and resurrected on the first day (Sunday).

But the meaning changes when the comma is placed “after” the word “today”.
So it reads:

Notice how the placement of comma changes the meaning.
The righteous dead DO NOT go to heaven right away. They sleep in their graves are waiting for Jesus to come.

Incorrect actually. Both the Old and the New Covenants are for Israel not the church the body of Christ. See Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews 8:8 KJB. The Covenants belong to national Israel (Romans 9:4 KJB). We are currently living in the dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3:2 KJB). Paul is our apostle (Romans 11:13 KJB). Paul said, "Consider what I say, and the Lord give thee understanding in all things." (2 Timothy 2:7 KJB). We are to rightly divide the scriptures (2 Timothy 2:15 KJB). You are conflating the prophetic and mystery programs. You must rightly divide them. The church the body of Christ is the new creature 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJB speaks of. Believers under grace have a present possession of salvation (Romans 5:11 KJB) and will never come under God's wrath (I Thessalonians 5:19 KJB). That's why anyone who trusts Paul's "my gospel" (Romans 2:16, Romans 16:25, 2 Timothy 2:8 KJB) today is forgiven all trespasses (Colossians 2:13 KJB) and is complete in Christ (Colossians 2:10 KJB). This is how Romans 5:1 KJB can say a believer is "at peace with God" because there is no fear of God's wrath when sin is no longer an issue between them and God! My question; My son accepted the Lord, Jesus Christ about 20 years ago. He has always been interested in and drawn to religions/churches that practice liturgy. Presently, he has been visiting different churches, and is very taken in by the St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. As a mature, Baptist Believer/Follower of Christ, I'm very concerned about their beliefs and their doctrine/practices. I've researched this religion, and I'm very concerned about how this church seems to place more emphasis on the historic Saints/icons, i.e. Mary, (Theotokos), Saint Paul, Saint Nicholas, Saint Peter, ect. than on our Lord, Jesus Christ. Transubstantiation comes to mind, as well as their teaching on Baptism, just to name a few. I have been praying for my son, and I've told him that I would love to sit with him to try to understand his attraction, specifically to liturgical worship and their beliefs, many of which are NOT scriptural. As I type this, you are speaking about Jesus, as our High Priest and only mediator to God. The St. Nicholas Orthodox teaches to choose an historic saint who you can relate to or highly respect and pray to them. They then take our prayers to God on our behalf. In other words, they see these historic saints as our mediator and High Priest. Would you please help me to know how to counter their unbiblical beliefs in a loving, humble way? Thank you, Patty.

I don't believe Luke 16 (The Rich man and Lazarus) is a parable. Whenever Jesus used a parable, He didn't use personal names. In this story, in Luke 16:29, Jesus said "Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.".... So, not only did Jesus use Lazarus' name, He also used Abraham's name, Moses' name and summed up all the Old Testament Prophets. That's 15 real people mentioned by name, by Jesus. If you want to get technical, you can add the rich man and all 5 of his brothers - 21 people total.
Not just that, notice how Jesus says that Abraham said to the rich man, "They HAVE Moses and the Prophets, let them HEAR them." Jesus is speaking in the present tense because the word of God is living and so are the Old Testament Prophets. He's speaking about a real physical place called hell and He's speaking of real living people who made it to heaven.
If people are already in heaven, why does Paul say David is still in his tomb and that he had not ascended into heaven? See Acts 2:29-34 He said this in about 60-65 AD, before the destruction of Jerusalem.
On the OT dietary laws - my late veterinarian husband contended that another reason for those laws were for the Israelites’ wellbeing, as in those days they had no knowledge or remedies for some of the diseases carried by pork, shell fish etc., that could be fatal.
The Word doesn't say they had or hadn't eaten of the tree of life...but after eating the tree of evil they were protected from living forever in a sinful nature if they had eaten the tree of life after.
You said in this video that when Jesus died on the cross, he went into hell and took some of the old testament people to heaven. Is salvation an instant concept or is it slow changes as you realize how God would like you to live . I got saved young yet i sinned and later on in life I realized I kept sinning and did not change although I read the Bible daily and meditated on it I did not change until pressed and with oppression and truly understood what Christ did . I worry because I did not u defat and and keep asking God to forgive me and humbly saying I’m sorry yet feel like I need to make another act of accepting Christ in the church .
Salvation is both an instant concept and slow changes of growth. Salvation is by faith and not works. Once you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ bore your sins on the cross you are saved. Acts 16:30-31. You also must believe He is Lord of your life so the Holy Spirit will begin the slow process of sanctification in your life. Yes many Christians will backslide and we all sin daily (1John 1:7-9, James 3:2, Romans 7:14-25) but there is no need to get re-saved or accept the Lord again because God will convict you of sin and bring you to repentance. God loves you so much that He will not let you go even if it means he has to severely chastise you. (Hebrews 12:5-8) God has given us the tools with which to grow- the Bible, prayer, worship, Christian fellowship, daily repentance and church. The Spirit is the primary agent of sanctification and He has promised to work in you until “Christ is formed in you”. It is Christ in you through the Spirit that can do any good. Self effort is fruitless. (John 15:4-5, Romans 8:4, Galatians 2:20, John 3:21, Galatians 5:16) His yoke is easy and his burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30. May the Lord bless you. ❤

Actually Mary-Jane that was not an accurate reply. You have more studying to do. You are not "rightly dividing" the scriptures as per our apostle Paul's instruction in 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB. You are conflating prophecy and mystery when you have to separate them. When you combine them, confusion ensues. That is why this poor girl is unsure of her salvation. The prophetic program concerns Israel and the mystery program (Ephesians 3 KJB) concerns the body of Christ. They are not the same! A nation and a BODY are different. Israel was under the law and did not have a "present possession of salvation" like we do under grace today (Romans 5:11 KJB). That his why they were instructed to "endure till the end" Mark 13:13 KJB). However, under this current dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3:2KJB), salvation is a FREE gift (Romans 5:15 KJB) with NO (zero) accompanying works of any kind. As a matter of fact, regarding salvation, added works pervert the gospel making it of NO effect! There is no boasting allowed! (Ephesians 2:9 KJB). Israel needed to believe Christ was their Messiah, confess him publicly, be water baptized, keep the law, be circumcised, confess sins, endure till the end, etc. At no time could they claim they were secure (thus - "endure till the end.") Israel's salvation is future and their new covenant is tied to Christ's 2nd Coming (see I Peter 1:13 KJB as well as Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews 8:8 KJB).
Paul is our apostle and the FIRST member of the church the body of Christ, which is the new creature (see Romans 11:13, I Timothy 1:16, and 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJB). Israel rejected their Messiah. Their third strike was when they stoned Stephen, filled with the Holy Ghost in Acts 7. Jesus was standing in heaven ready to pour out his wrath on Israel in Acts 7:56 KJB. We simply believe how that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again three days later for our complete justification. We hear this gospel and believe it - no works of any kind (no Sinner's Prayer's acceptable!). Please see Ephesians 1:13 for proof of that.

God does not chasten believers today for any sin either! Hebrews is a Hebrew epistle written to Jews under the law. It is not written by apostle Paul as doctrine for the church the body of Christ today. We get our marching orders from the epistles Paul wrote - Romans to Philemon. All the Bible is FOR us (our learning) but not all the Bible is written TO US ( for our participation). There is no way (zero possibility) that anyone can do what is written to Israel under the law at the same time they are under grace. There are contradictions that can only be reconciled through right division. Besides, Israel is diminished today and has no special standing before God. (They will again in the future after the rapture, however.) They are no longer the channel of blessing according to the Abrahamic Covenant (Genesis 12:1-3 KJB).
Right division is the KEY God gave for understanding the Bible. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB. Otherwise, we won't understand who our apostle is and what our doctrine is either.

Love these guys, they have good explanations but still lacking soundness, Colossians 1:16 says that all things were created by Him, this is only one of several discrepancies. But NO ONE gets everything 100%, we all "twist up" on some points here and there.

Yes, the dietary laws were originally given to the Jews because God cares that they be in good health that they maybe a beacon of light to the world around them. But they failed in their mission. However, the question is: Are the bodies of the Jews different than our bodies today? If God considered those animals (such as pig, crustaceans, etc) unclean and are unfit for them to eat (for they are scavengers which feed on dirt of land and sea), ARE OUR BODIES NIW DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF THE JEWS? Doesn’t science and modern medical research confirm that a high cholesterol diet, a high fat diet, the lack of exercise etc are the causes of major killer diseases such as cardiovascular diseases (stroke, high blood pressure, cardiac arrests)? Why does God not allow eating the blood of animals? Because in blood is life plus the diseases of animal scare often in the blood as well. Our God who saves us want us too to be in great health for He loves us so much! Having good health means we can serve Him better and He can use us better and thus fulfill His purpose in our lives better to represent Him to the world. We dishonor God when He gave us these Dietary Laws and Guidelines and we do not obey Him because we give preference to our appetites and gluttony without due regard to our bodies, the Temple of the Holy Spirit. When after He saved us, we begin to respond to Him in love and become obedient to Him and that includes obeying His Ten Commandments and including the Dietary Laws by taking good care of His temple, our bodies by eating healthy balanced foods and avoiding the things He considered as unclean. Science confirms this. Just look at the blue zone in Loma Linda, CA, USA.
