I was a Sound and Vision salesman when this match was on, I watched the last quarter with about 70 people in front of the wall of TVs. Didn't sell a TV in that 30 mins but I made the offer at least. Was a really good afternoon.
i seriously started crying watching this, seeing all the 90s crows fans, all our great players, modra on the sidelines, its just beautiful. crows bring their sexy back 2013
@J G who cares? Having a discussion about AFL and you feel the need to bring up Soccer. Don’t get me wrong, I like soccer but it has its issues. It’s officials and corporate keys are corrupt. Not to mention that there’s more diving then a full season of Baywatch.
what made this so riveting was that jarman was having a dog of a day, gets moved to full forward in a genius move from blight and wins the game from nowhere for the crows.
It was during this match that James Cook from the W.Bulldogs had an apple thrown at his foot during a set shot from the boundary. The incident caused him to miss and resulted in a point. It can be seen in the original Ch7 footage but was not picked up by the umpires or commentators. Could have been a different result if Cook was allowed to shoot again.
What a day! Had Bulldogs supporters behind me calling us chokers with 10 mins left-needless to say they heard that word a few times at the end of the game!
One of my favourite marks of all time [not a Crows supporter]. I know Jarman only converted a behind from the kick, but that was season defining. The awareness and skill and toughness to pouch it under such intense physical pressure.... direct from a centre break, in the midst of a 4th quarter comeback.... Right there I knew the Crows were gonna win the flag.
That’s because you’re a pussy who hasn’t become strong enough to get over a game of sport from 23 years ago. You’re made of salada crackers pal. It’s a Fcking game. Get over it. Grow up
@@RabidTales he wrote that comment 9 years ago, idiot. Did you even bother checking how long ago he posted his comment before you came along and started spouting your shit? Obviously he got over this game as soon as the Dogs won the flag in 2016
must have been the worst 2 days of chris grant's footballing career... losing the prelim final by 2 points, then poling the most votes in the brownlow medal two days later but being ineligible to win it.
Wow the Bulldogs have ALWAYS been a shit team. I've rarely ever seen them play well on a consistent basis. I feel sorry for their fans aka Julia Gillard... Not really XD

Darren Jarman what a mark at 0:46. that guy was a frickin genius
What a game .... a miracle win for the Crows. Will remember it for the rest of my life.
Yeah I get goosebumps as well watching this. I was only 12 years old that year, those were the days, Darren Jarman was a magician!!
That Jarman mark will also stick with me. The man was a genius. He was being held and stuck between 2 defenders and still comes down the ball

What a moment, what a win! I wish the Crows could win more games like this today.

the pressure and all, jarman had no fear of pressure. finals specialist (Y)
@raff23 why the hell didnt grant kick the ball off the ground in the dying seconds there? brain fade imo to try and pick it up.
the brilliance of jarman led to us crows having the dream
The commentators though Darren Jarman was "magic" at this stage, but they were a week away from discovering *how* magic.
who is the comentaitor that was comentating when jarmen took that hell good mark
Sandy Roberts.

Drew Morphett commentated the one that he juggled
Adelaide 12.21 (93) (Goals: Jarman 3, Smart 2, Jameson 2, Rintoul, McLeod, Rehn, Sampson, Goodwin) defeated Western Bulldogs 13.13 (91) (Goals: Cook 6, Grant 2, West 2, Brown, Hudson, Dent)
Libbas kick was a goal according to crows fan behind post at game
Man how i wish i could of gone. the atmosphere would of been electric.
Scott West: 33 possessions, 7 marks. Jose Romero's 150th.
West's miss what a heartbreaker that is
pure magic
@mylesusa what about Jarman being held 4 seconds before that.
Amazing!! CCCCCaaaaaarrrrrrnnnnnn the CROWBOYS!!
Could we Crows pull off another miracle in 2012?
Makes me sick, I wake up in fright dreaming about this day.

Good, I dislike the Bulldogs. A lot.
