What about after care when the coating is applied? If I’m not mistaken not just anything can be used during a wash or in between washes - and that will diminish the durability as well. So, once the coating is applied can you use any wash or in between detail spray?
Hi Paul, great questions! Once a vehicle has a true ceramic coating on it, you can use most products for maintenance; however, products with wax are not necessarily as compatible and could detract from the coating's hydrophobic behavior, so sticking to "like" product families is recommended. Soaps like our Car Shampoo and Mega Foam do not have any waxes, so they are perfectly safe to use. Graphene Shampoo will enhance the coating. Graphene Detail Spray or CS3 could be used once a month as maintenance, but our regular pink Detail Spray is safe for coatings as well, since it has polymers rather than wax content. So in summary, avoid washes and spray products with wax additives if you can, and stick more to products with no protection, or products geared towards ceramic coatings for best results and performance.
Just did the spray Advanced Ceramic Graphene on mine and wife vehicles. Awesome product!! But, it’s all in the prep work that counts.

@@tfiresmith01 good to know thanks I didn’t buy the detail spray or boost just bought 3 of the advanced spray kits with a 30% off code came out to $104 i dont have a garage so I can’t apply the real coating this only needs 4 hours to cure but I do have Carpro hydro2 which I’ll top it with that as that is PH neutral and adds 3 months of protection by itself can’t wait to apply it now then I’ll be happy with 6 to 8 months

I though graphene last longer than ceramic. But you daid the opposite here. My guess is the thickeness used?

303 nano graphene vs Adam's spray graphene has a clear winner.. 303 actually lasts a year where Adam's does not not even close. We seen 4-6 months avg out of Adam's where we see 9-12 months out of 303 for a sealant

Can this be used on faded exterior trim?
If the trim is lightly faded, you can apply Graphene Ceramic Coating on it, and it will darken it up a bit; however you must wipe away the residue just like you do on paint. If the trim is more heavily faded, you will want to use our Black Trim Restorer to re-add color pigment into the plastic. Then once it has fully dried, you can apply a graphene ceramic coating on top to extend the longevity of the Black Trim Restorer.
I doubt it will be years, maybe months.
