    The above yoga routine can be done in the morning or evening in empty stomach (after food wait for 2-3 hours then you can do)

      You can try and practice , it will happen or sit normally in sukhasan if it pains

    Difficult to do vajrasana due to knee problem....any suggestion to substitute that asana..

      Hi dear, yes you can sit in Sukhasan meanwhile you can also try keeping soft towel under the heel to support while doing vajrasana.
