Sure, many artists thank the people who helped them with the album but Taylor didn't have like 6-7 songwriters on every song or 50 songwriters and producers for the whole album. Because she DOESN'T NEED that many considering she's one of the best songwriters of our generation. She solely wrote three of the songs on Lover herself. She definitely wrote a lot more during her earlier years but yeah, what she has is still talent.
AMAs is becoming more legit than the grammys.

First of all she didn't tell anybody too threaten or bully someone she just wanted her voice to be heard so other new artists are beware of the down sides of the music industry
Second of all she had all rights to tell her side of it all and she should be able to perform her own music she created and she made famous
Third of all she litterly created big machine records and made it such a country powerhouse. More then half of the money big machine have earned is from Taylor's music
She's so humble that she didn't mentally prepare to walk up to the stage and win the award, which is why she was confused about how to get up to the stage.

It's simple. If you don't like her music or genre - there's always option to choose from. There's a lot of artists out there.
