Actually. Grilled beef, it’s better if you add the salt afterwards. As when it’s grilled, it’s draws too much moisture rout and the salt will make it dry.
Stephanie zimbalist. If you don’t know. Don’t judge, most steak restaurant which grill, they season a little if it’s thick. And mostly season afterwards, as when a steak rests, it’s like a sponge, and absorbs in the salt, better if it’s raw
