- Across the United States, people turned out to commemorate the October 7th attacks, praying, mourning and rallying in their communities. The anniversary is taking place amid political tensions in the US, where citizens remain divided over Israel's conduct of the war.
At New York's Columbia University, thousands of Pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian protesters marched. The campus was the site of mass protests against the Israel-Hamas war earlier this year and touched off a wave of college demonstrations across the US.

I live in the US and these protesters are in a small minority, but are elevated by the media, because they are news worthy, ie their protests bring in money to media companies while the majority who support Israel doesn’t bring in the money.

Biden should just retire
So should Don the Con , preferably to jail
Donald should retire
Biden/Harris administration. Its amazing how the media has suddenly tried to separate her from the last 3 1/2 years
Can't have cease fire while Iran and the terrorist are still at large
All should turn against the terrorist
What "all" after Trump stabbed Ukraine in the back why should "all" be united now. Trump is going to give Ukraine to Russia while Putin arms Hamas.

I agree, but I this case the iz reeli govt are the ones starving and bombing civilians. They also abandoned their own hostages, and getting them back should have been their first priority.
How about establishing a two-state solution an stopping the occupation and blockade, I agree on one thing after seven decades of rhetoric unfortunately the only way this is going to get resolved is through conflict, just like Israel has the right to exist so through the Palestinians people

Yes, the world started on 7th October 2023. There was no illegal occupation, so systematic ethnic cleansing, no killing in the west bank. There were nothing. Israelis were living peacefully. And the world started on 7th October 2023.

How cruel and insensitive to protest in support of Hamas on October 7th.
It's all about the land, the book says eliminate non believers and expand (take their land).

@@heshaeza brainwashing makes people blind and irrational. Look at history who invaded others lands and what is the root cause of it.
Currently there are more than a dozen US Navy ships in red sea and eastern Mediterranean. Intercepting the Houthis and other Iranian proxies. Also the massive military aid was approved for Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan.
After the October 7 massacre Pres. Biden was the first world leader to visit Israel, followed by Sec of Defense Austin who personally delivered ammunition for the Iron Dome , then Sec of state Blinken arrived to meet with the families of victims. And most importantly, within days after the massacre the USS Gerald Ford carrier strike group (the biggest in the US navy) was deployed off the coast of Lebanon. It was followed by the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and a nuclear submarine. Biden told the Ayatollah "don't do it". With that kind of fire power everyone thought twice about exploiting the crisis. Us air defense system also intercepts rockets or missiles or drones headed to Israel.
Now the chief of the central command (Centcom) arrived in the middle east before exploding pagers , not saying it's connected, but Israel started operating in Lebanon after that. Last week Centcom chief visited Israel for meetings and press conference. Imho, the Ayatollah is facing a dangerous road ahead. Centcom is the real muscle, state department keeps the allies on board while Biden is misdirecting attention. Action will soon move to Iran.

For all of the people supporting the Palestinians, I agree that to many innocent children have died. However, when Hamas attacked Israel, what did the Palestinians think the Israelis would do? If the Palestinians had risen up in mass against Hamas, freed the hostages, turned Hamas over to the IDF, all of the children would still be alive. But no, Palestinians celebrated Hamas as heroes. Heroes don't put innocent children in harm's way.
Israel has killed palestinians for decades. Hamas wasn't even invented when Israel started killing Palestinians. Check yourself.
If you put yourself in the Palestinian position, what do you think you would do? Most people wouldn’t risk their lives like that especially to help a government that keeps its boot on their neck.
@@PrintWizard89ironically, their failure to stand up to Hamas is exactly what has put their lives in danger by the war.

Actually no most Americans want the war to stop.and to stop sending weapons to Israel and Ukraine. The biggest thing people are saying now is "We don't have money for FEMA Disaster relief but we sending billions to Israel and Ukraine??"
Americans are sick of it. Even Republicans are shifting cuz they are seeing billions go to Ukraine and Israel while we suffer. Everyone wants Israel to fight its own battles without our money.
