JeeNine was testing, and if you just roll after vanishing and then cast again, there's basically no punishable frames at all. Can loop this forever until you run out of FP.
That's not true, you didn't even use this spell. G9 also said that he was wrong about Miriam's Vanishing and showed how easy it is to catch people after or before casting
