These last two DLC playthroughs which are my 2/3 playthroughs of the DLC, working on my 3rd right now- I got into the DLC at Level 40-45...., And my weapons were like +14 ish. This last time I was in the DLC even before Mountaintops so I got all my 5s and 6s just from enemies, all that I needed! Sooo I still standby my statement but it depends on what kind of player you are. So I use straight swords with square off- level up mostly vigor only and get myself into the DLC at level 40-45. The good thing too is that the weapons from the DLC generally have very low required stats. Heal from afar is broken. Best heal in the game, especially for something like this lol Can heal yourself, too. The heal amount is 4.2 x incantation scaling in yourself, and 3.36 x incant scaling on others. From near death, to full health, in a cast that's as fast as a flask, with quicker recovery for rolling. 45 fp to cast. Guaranteed to be nerfed lol.
It's good, but only regenerates .5 fp per second. A 36 fp spell would take more than a minute to be regenerated by the talisman. That won't work in a boss fight. The lulling branch which regenerates 2.5 fp per second, however, would likely be useful. It has some drawbacks, but this build would negate them, I believe.
I guess it is a bug, but many Messmer's soldier in game don't aggro you unless you attack them, and even then sometimes they just stop and stand still. It seems their spirit summon works the same...

@@MrFallenonewhat? There are 6 ancient somber stones and fucking 9 ancient dragon stones. You get FOUR in taylews dungeon alone.
You are either blind because you didn't find any, or are stupid because you are incapable of using Google. I thinks it's both, though.
@@lillemy5062 it depends on how you play! These last two DLC playthroughs which are my 2/3 playthroughs of the DLC, working on my 3rd right now- I got into the DLC at Level 40-45....,
And my weapons were like +14 ish.
But my point is that you receive new weapons in the DLC and they have to be upgraded somehow.
This last time I was in the DLC even before Mountaintops so I got all my 5s and 6s just from enemies, all that I needed!
Sooo I still standby my statement but it depends on what kind of player you are. I like to get into the DLC early because I cannot and will not cheat- and I want those weapons as fast as I can get them. So I use straight swords with square off- level up mostly vigor only and get myself into the DLC at level 40-45.
The good thing too is that the weapons from the DLC generally have very low required stats.
However that also makes me a little angry for invasions and stuff- because PC cheaters just give themselves the weapons early in the game before they even access the DLC lol.
Even my first DLC playthrough I was level 120 when I entered so still below suggested.
@@lillemy5062 long comment before- but my point was these last two times I've entered the DLC which is my 2/3rd times entering- I've only had the Bells for 1-4- hadn't made it to mountaintops yet and was level 40-45.
that bayle fight was pure cinema
"Taylew he's dead" was so funny idk lol
1:12:22
Fire knight Queelin just got murdered vs the sunflower for me. I blamed the haircut.
Most definitely the haircut.
😂😂😂 then there’s chat saying “bowl cut power”
I like how heal from afar looks like you are blowing a kiss
"Can I beat elden ring: shadow of the erdtree with gaslighting npcs into thinking I'm a god"
Fyi: Golden Vow and commanders standards buff don't stack since they're both a aura buff, only 1 buff per catagory will work.
Yosh vs Rellana was so anime holy crap
Na fr 😭
The Mesmer fight was fun to watch. Almost like a “what would happen if the check didn’t clear?”
To survive an Aged Untouchable’s grab, you need both big vigor, and to not get Frenzied mid grab. If the frenzy procs, you’re dead. It is also possible you could survive even the frenzy if you have an HP focused build going, but I haven’t tested it
Lots of fire res should work.
I might be coping but I think the sisters got really bad matchups.
Summoned against Putrescent which Im pretty sure cant be bleed and is strong against magic which the sisters inflict, (not to mention the boss runs around a lot). And Promised Consort which happens to have a two shot grab against them which especially becomes a problem in an extended fight.
They did push him into halfish 2nd phase pretty nicely. I did notice Distortion did have another 15 attempts b4 he switched to our boi Taylew. But I think they still really good but Taylew is a gigga chad 100%-especially for the final fight.
They are really good, but like every spirit but mimic tear they are situational
@@patrickripleyiii134they got put up against the only boss that can't bleed, I'm pretty sure. I don't think these two are very situational tbh. They're pretty good.
Jolan & Anna aren't really situational, they're very good in general, they just really got the shit end of the stick for what bosses they got sent against.
58:50 my favorite part, when he waited for the buffs and then went in
This run is probably one of the most, if not the most entertaining elden ring run i have ever watched
FYI golden vow and commanders standard don’t stack, at 56:02 and a few other places. could have been a wrong spell thing but for those who dont know
Thanks for the hard work editor. Really looking forward to all this content
If you had told me before the DLC came out that you could have the Dark Lord Sauron, Master Yoda, and Captain Ahab all team up to fight Diablo, I wouldn't have believed you.
The frog tongue attack by Andreas rules!

Her rallying standard cry followed by that wounded whine is so funny to me for some reason.
Lmao the Cannon Imp blew up a giant tree when he missed the Scadu Avatar.
i like timers on these videos because they give a sense of time (lol) to youtuber viewers. more specifically we can see just how long it’s been when you cut from the initial confrontation to the winning attempt. just seeing deaths makes it seem like it all happened in an instant and it doesn’t accurately portray just how much time goes into these
Heal from afar is broken. Best heal in the game, especially for something like this lol
Can heal yourself, too.
The heal amount is 4.2 x incantation scaling in yourself, and 3.36 x incant scaling on others.
From near death, to full health, in a cast that's as fast as a flask, with quicker recovery for rolling. 45 fp to cast. Guaranteed to be nerfed lol.
I feel like the talisman in the DLC that regenerates FP would've been goated for this run :O But sick either way~ Taylew is a beast
It's good, but only regenerates
.5 fp per second. A 36 fp spell would take more than a minute to be regenerated by the talisman. That won't work in a boss fight.
The lulling branch which regenerates 2.5 fp per second, however, would likely be useful. It has some drawbacks, but this build would negate them, I believe.
Dude FS just massively buffed all summons 💀
it's a lot more fun watching you try all these spirits than just instantly finding the strongest
I love how everytime dist praises a summon not even 2 seconds later said summon gets rocked by an attack
zooming "that" on mother of fingers is really a masterpiece! Gj bro
3:28 the low tier smithing stones are probably given to the player to upgrade the newly acquired dlc weapons
That Bayle fight was so epic.
Every time I summon on my Xbox, the damn bosses lock eyes with me and they tunnel vision me like a new killer player in dbd
This run makes me like the game way more then I already did
This just in;
Rock Giant From the Never Ending Story gets a rematch against the existential concepts besetting man: Cleans house in a full sweep.
Ngl, the Design of Elden Ring Bosses, never cease to Amaze me
I guess it is a bug, but many Messmer's soldier in game don't aggro you unless you attack them, and even then sometimes they just stop and stand still. It seems their spirit summon works the same...
I saw alot of people asking where midra is, on the map there is a bridge looking thing that crosses the very bottom of abyssal woods (look up a guide on how to get there), his manse is under the bridge looking thing. :)
I wish summons were weaker, but had more use times. It would create a summoner type class and would make summons more dynamic and give a possibility for interesting combos.
Seeing this video gave me the motiviation to start a "Spirit Commander" Build (aka summon only run) of my own!
Dist being his summons Hype Man is my favorite thing. Also, during the Rellana fight, seeing Dist trying to find the max range of Heal From Afar while Queelign was getting pounded in the corner by Rellana was a sight to see
A literal god, fighting another god. The unmovable mountain and the unstoppable blade. Truly a fight for the legends. What a fitting end.
Heal from afar is key for any support build or summon run
Erdtree Heal with 80 faith and +10 erdtree seal heals for about 3.4k and can sometimes double heal someone if they take damage while the aoe is still active.
"CURSE YOU BAYLE!!" Literally one of the most raw voice acting roles of all time. Such well written lines, and dude read the hell out of them. Such an awesome moment
Taylew the unrizzable
This is the most epic run I've seen in the entirety of the DLC's existence
Taylew is just built different
RahXephon is the anti-Evangelion. It exists to go in an opposing character and plot direction. That’s why there are so many characters, it’s why so many characters are tethered by the past. However for every Haruka in RahXephon, there’s a Gendo in Eva serving a different compulsion from past delights.
Glad to see someone shouting about RahXephon, even if it’s just to show how it differs from Evangelion.
3:25 funny you say that, literally just watched iron pineapple go into dlc with no weapons, and only using upgrade materials in the dlc.
They give just enough low level. 😅
Thats gotta be deliberate.
The biggest issue I found with the sisters is that they just take so much damage. When they are first summoned in, they are already close to half health due to how Radahn attacks.
Seems Summon poison/rot never wears off, just like Rotdog and the jellyfish.
And you can definitely survive grabs from the madness-grapes.
Think you need around 50 vigor or something.
