Praise God for good musicians like you John Hong.
The artists pedal work is amazing! He handles this work exceptionally well. His finger work is delicate but confident/ artful
This is one of my top favorite pieces in existence and have not yet heard it on organ. John, I must say, you have played a wonderful rendition of this classic!
John Hong is now my favourite, he knows how the interpreted music. The organ is very difficult, but hear it sounds easily, just perfect 👍💖😙😎
My brother played it for his best friend's sister's wedding on his cello. It is a very beautiful and very "majestic" wedding song.
your organ is so beautiful!
sound of heaven
thank you for uploading
...and it did so beautifully!
Bravo and thank you, John you are a very skillfull player !!!
Come in France, many fabulous organs are waiting for you.
Oh great - yet another "Canon in D" version. I had to listen and have to say it's remarkable. All of the different sounds and not overpowering. Beautifully played and beautifully sounded. Thanks so much for sharing!
I really love your posts, especially songs played by your organ. As a christian, i think your posts are truly inspiring us all. Thank you!
Beautiful music my friend love the organ❤️🇬🇧David
Très belle interprétation. Très grand bravo et merci. The Cannon sounds better every time I hear it.
Ahhh yes,...an Allen,...when I hear them, and close my eyes,...I hear PIPES,...not speakers! I don't care what anybody says,...Allen is the best of the best!

I have to say, one of the most beautiful renditions I have heard yet. The grace and reserve you give this piece really shines through. Wonderful playing, continue!!
So great to watching live from face to face. Its a harmony melody since I heard it. Anyway. Good job I lke it
I love your version better than my own. Great work, please upload more of you and come see me. Love, Natasha Kashanova
this monster instrument can replace a whole orchestra
That's the point of a pipe organ.
No it can't .. Tyros 5 arranger keyboard may do that.
Dex Won but that’s where you’re wrong kiddo... that’s why they have Theater organs
true
I normally play piano or an electronic keyboard, and I find it fascinating that an organ has foot pedals to do the bass part. That allows one person to do more than what is possible on a regular keyboard. As I said in another comment, I would love to play Pachelbel or Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," but I would have to get used to playing bass on the foot pedals as well as switching keyboards for different sounds.
that organ just matches the music, and the combination of the two is simply wonderful!!
John Wong , I d'ont know write in English language like " ticorrenti " did, but, I saw a litle of the Holy God on you , when you play Pachelbel on your Modern Organ , You have two hands like me and ten fingers like me ... and did that !!! God bless you and your sacred family . ( an Stranger from Brazil )
I thoroughly enjoyed listening and watching this gifted and anointed young organist minister. God bless you continually as you use your talents for his glory.
If God really does love us, then why did he make hell, so we can suffer... not that i believe in the biblical mistakes, he is using his talent to be acknowlegded by other people, not for the glory of a god that failed, and most importantly your "God" does not exist, just like Santa and the Tooth Fairy
God made hell for Satan and all the fallen angels that rebelled against him. God does not send us to hell, we make that choice ourselves by rejecting the free gift of salvation through his Son Jesus Christ. Don't wait till it's too late to discover that God does exists.
Elder Robert V. Fuller, Sr. I can't agree more!
Stunning, great talent! a real treat for the ears.
Many thanks.
Mr. Hong, Thank you very much!
Brilliant, John! Best organ version of Pachelbel's Canon in D Major on youtube!
Celestial hermosura!! Me eleva al infinito, cerca de Dios!! Canon inigualable. !! Bello coro y Organo!! Gracias, Global Praise.x este video divino!!!!
mr hong. GOD has blessed you. thank you ever so much . i hope to be able to hear you in person some day :)
Even though he struggles pushing the buttons sometimes, it still sounds very beautiful and heavenly.
I like the organists who use well différents and originals stops for one theme. Very nice ! It changes from the "traditional Church sound"
Awesone job. Great classic songs always songs great on organs.
I can find God in this masterpiece... Incredible!
Graceful and beautiful. You have a God given talent to play the "king instruments" so well. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Thanks for reply. God Bless You.
Congratulations John from Brazil. Simply beautiful.
Makes me want to get married over again whenever I hear this song, this is so beautiful!
I was in a wedding and this was the processional and it was so beautiful that it made me cry as I was walking down the aisle! LOL
This was played at the end of a funeral I attended a month ago.
To the same woman?. LOL!!!. Sorry, just seemed like a funny thing to say initially. I got married 4 years ago with that song going down the isle and it was so amazing. My wife as well. :))
This piece has fascinated me ever since I discovered the comedy piece by Rob Paravonian that makes light of the repetitive bass part. I could probably play this on a church organ, as I am an experienced keyboard player, but I'd really have to practice it a lot to get the foot motion down for the bass line, as I don't normally play that.
This is amazing! Wonderful, you are truly talented, if you are ever in Winnipeg, come down to St.Michael And All Angels church, amazing! This song was played at my wedding, on violin and organ, this is so beautiful!
To this day this is my favorite version, I found this 10 years ago
John this was simply stunningly beautiful! Thank you for sharing, what a blessing to witness this beautiful rendition of this classic!
Très belle interprétation. Très grand bravo et merci.

Ganz toll ! Eines meiner Lieblingslieder!
It becomes a dream feeling to the movement of a flowing , supple fingers and the sound of a gentle organ。
From Tokyo in Japan where love this song .

Whenever I hear different sounds, noises and sound effect tones, I would sing through that.
WOW ---- BEAUTIFUL .... goosebumps ... heavenly ! Must be thrilling to play that as you do.
i love that songs you have. even the voicrs.
Awesome....last sound very fantastic !!!
And i thought me learning the piano was an achievment.....JUST LOOK AT THAT THING its a beast! Very fine playing there sir.
In Pachelbel's day, though originally developed on an organ, this Canon and Fugue was frequently transposed for various instrument consorts and harpsichord continuo.
oh my Good, it's very wonderful !!!
Beautiful beyond words.x
When I hear this piece, or I should say, masterpiece, I can only come to the only conclusion, for me, is that I am listening to one of many voices of God. So beautiful and peaceful.
Very beautiful indeed. A wonderful piece of music made to sound even more pleasing. Thanks for sharing.

Bellissimo pezzo, eseguito molto bene... Grazie

Dalton lynch Piece* .
I had just types "famous wedding song" and it came up 😂
Congrats, i understand he struggles of finding a song you herd once with no reference.
I think it was amazing how you played that piece.... I would love to play like you!
This piece was played at a family wedding some years ago. Nobody found it to be boring. A canon is supposed to be a theme in the bass which is then varied in different ways.
@3100nfs absolutely yes! what a nice sound!
I agree it's so beautiful.=-)In fact it AWSOME!!!!!
fak
PACHELBEL's "CAN0N-D" masterpiece is the uppermost supremacy of classical musics (it even inspired three world famous and supreme composers (Telemann and G.F.Handel as well as J.S.Bach), having grown up with this masterpiece (composed already AD1680 -before the births of Handel and Bach!), to become composers (all in GERMANY even, as Pachelbel himself). -This comment is recommending the "speed" 0.75 for the sake of majestic performance!
Would loooooove to play on this organ. So many different instruments and stops. Superb!
@Fallschirmjaeger963 I have been a singer in church for more than 1.5 yrs now, until i decide to learn the organ, and my parish priest gave me keys to use the church for practice so that i can improve. You just need to be entrusted to use the organ with some housekeeping before and after use, be respectful of the church and give way to others when they are using the church for baptism and weddings and etc.
Wow!! You looks Korean
Your piano talents very awsome
Sounds majestic.
may she rest in peace. I'm sorry for your loss :3 I bet she was great!
0:44 I like it😊
Probably the best version I have ever heard. BRAVO!! You have a GIFT!!
Very good, that the closest I believe I've ever seen a soloist coming to playing an actual canon (except maybe on bagpipes).
Well I thought your Beethoven's 5th was superb, but then I listened to this, another amazing performance of one of my favourite pieces. Incredible job on this, and everything, keep it up.
Excellent 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤....
Man you are really awesome at the organ!!! I have seen some of your videos and you done some of the bests execution that I have ever seen.
Sorry for my english.
Greats from Brazil.
Wonderful!
Very compliments. Beatiful the organ!
me too. Love this piece, and this version is beautiful. Truly goose bump inducin'
Compared to everybody else who plays it, he is the best.
