The emporium AIS DC is permanently closed :/
yes unfortunately 🥲 but I discovered a great co-working space at True Digital Park! Will shoot there soon! It's quite expensive, but if you are a true mobile customer, it's free I think!
@@JohnRunaway.Official yeah I know it but it’s a bit far I’m living around emquartier.. might have a look next week to paper plane project thanks for the content 🙏🙏
Paper Plane is good, if you close to EmQ, behind Emporium there is Karmakamet Diner which is nice for sitting down and get some work done; otherwise Breakfast Story Asok is also good. Both not really coworking, but they'll work for me!
@@ricoautoproduct Thanks guys, if you come across any other suggestions, please add them here.
Paper Plane Project truly is something else.
I like it a lot for a 1-2 hour work session or visit them for an online meeting. Music's very subtle and I love that you have a good view to gaze at from time to time :D
@@JohnRunaway.Official I didn't even work there, just loved the coffee, the atmosphere and the view from the smokers corner ;)
Paper Plane seems so cozy and the view is amazing. Love the content!
Top notch content. Right from day 1.
Love the vintage B-Roll! 🔥
There's also TCDC in Grand Postal Building in Charoen Khrung area
Would love to see more videos on Bangkok coworking spaces
I have a couple backlogged ;) Any good ones you like?
Man, how come it could be the BEST coworking spaces without even a proper office chair?
My back would hurt sitting on those crap kitchen chairs! It's the worst coworking spaces.
hmm If you like to sit on a good office chair, you should try 101 True Digital Park! It's on the 6th floor, will cost you entree but they legitimately have the most comfortable chairs to sit on!
I did not know about it when I was shooting this episode but I'll make sure to include it in a follow up episode :)
Can someone recommend me a coworking space in bangkok pls, where I can plug my macbook to a external Monitor? Thanks!
Hmm, that's tough - I think WeWork on Thonglor (where Paper Plane Project from the Video is located too) would be your best bet. Other than that, there is a place called "Spaces" in Phra Khanong that offers longer term office spaces. Contact those ahead of time - I have never actually came across co-working spaces that offer monitors on hot-desk or day passes. That's usually offered here with monthly or yearly office space rentals :/
What about the food , drinks etc... prices? I suppose that if the coworking is FREE, they make money selling the food a bit more expensive than normal? Thanks for the information
Yeah you're right. I think the coffee is around 110-160 Baht, so that's definitely more expensive than Amazon Coffee, but the roast is also a bit better I think :D Food is fairly priced! I personally like the Co-Working space at 101 True Digital Park, which I did not manage to include... but they raised their day-pass to 450 Baht just for entree incl. standard filter coffee. ⚖️ It depends what you prefer, but now I get plenty of coffee for that price at Paper Plane for 450 & the WiFi there is always working well for me. I can not say the same about 101 :D
@@JohnRunaway.Official This is not expensive at all, Starbucks gives you nothing and the coffee is much more expensive 😂, I still do not understand how they can make money, rents in Bangkok are expensive, staff, electric....
Yeah Starbucks is more expensive but some locations let you sit in their large meeting room for free + they have free wifi there too. Sometimes I go in there when I'm stuck in traffic and can't make it somewhere else in time for a meeting :D
Do you have to pay for AIS DC membership if you are AIS customer?
unfortunately yes :D
Yea the second place probably should’ve charged that price per month they would’ve last longer! Plus have an amazing Cafe and some snacks cafe!
I like the last one if I can pay cash???
Yeah you can pay in cash inside the last one for sure :)
😆
Price?
most of them are free :)
