Many a happy day as a kid in the pub in the 1980's with my dad and mum asking them for 10p to play on the old Kjonami games. Happy days indeed:)

      Also, fun facts:
      1. They still make games.
      2. They are mostly into arcade and phones now.
      3. Pachinko machines are not only skill based but they ALSO are as profitable as arcade machines for the manufacturer, because the balls are provided by the parlor.

      www.konami.com/news/ja/release/2019/0221/
The prize is from the ministry of Economy, trade and industry in collaboration with Japan Health conference.
I won't believe at all a report from Nikkei and even less is the information makes not sense at all of there is a lack of proof.
If you want to be fair, I don't believe Konami is a saint company but I won't believe the first thing that someone put on the table about "Nyaa people from Konami is so cruel".
I guess Konami is a company with either good and bad days.
If not there is a prize by 2 extern companies saying that Konami is doing a good job, if someone don't want to believe it, all right lol
Edit: Konami has multiple employee supports, for the woman, children and more.
Edit - 2: If you want a less innocent proof, there is a japanese website with opinions about companies that says that the enviroment is good, and if there is overtime is paid.

Konami needs to go back to the old logo/jingle.

At 0:30 we hear a VHS logo and the sound used in arcade games by 1998. I wonder if there’s any console games (except DDR) of the time that used the sound before they changed it to the “modern one”.

I only WISH those logos used the anime tape version of the Konami jingle.
but RIP GOOD Konami. The one that gave us Contra, Castlevania, Metal Gear, and many others. There's a reason Igarashi, Kojima and Yamane left; it's because Konami fell from grace. Unlike Capcom I don't see them recovering.

They actually used that jingle from the late 90s to the early 2000s (of course, only the last seconds of the theme is heard), even some games with the Ribbon logo uses this theme!

Konami can NEVER redeem themselves for all the horrible things they've done. But they don't care. They'll still continue to do scummy things and there's nothing that we'll be able to do about it. Their business will still go on, they'll still make money, and the fans will continue to suffer. Konami will never be the same.

Man! Even I like Konami and Konami has always been a big hit but then Konami is beginning to stumble and Konami use to be a popular company putting out a lot of games for the Konami franchises and has killed it with arcade games. But as time went by Konami sunk low and hasn't become just as iconic and famous as Nintendo and Capcom which is depressing. More importantly Konami needs make and release more future games so that Konami can come back on top and earn a spot next to Nintendo and Capcom. People love Nintendo and Gamers love Capcom but Konami needs more love and appreciation.
Here are some popular Konami franchises that have a lot of games.
The Metal Gear franchise-Over 30 games. (Popular)
The Castlevania franchise-Over 30 games. (Popular)
The Silent Hill franchise-Over 20 games. (Quite Popular) The Silent Hill franchise needs more future games.
The Contra franchise-Over 30 games. (Popular)
The Dance Dance Revolution franchise-Over 50 games. (Greatly Popular)
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise-Over 40 games. (Very Popular)
    The Yu-Gi-Oh franchise-Over 50 games. (Greatly Popular)
The Bomberman franchise-Over 80 games. (Incredibly Popular)
The Frogger franchise-Over 20 games. (Quite Popular)
The Goemon franchise-Over 20 games. (Quite Popular)
    The Gradius franchise-16 games. (Underrated)
The Twin Bee franchise-16 games. (Underrated)
    The Parodius franchise-7 games. (Underrated)
    The Suikoden franchise-10 games. (Underrated)
