Hi Paul, Lately, I've been getting error messages on my Auto DS's order page. A lot of them say invalid addresses. I searched for the exact addresses and found out that they are indeed real mailing addresses. eBay shows no errors and in fact the status shows that the items have been shipped. if that's the case, then why am I receiving the errors on Auto DS? I have finally reached out to Auto DS, but have not heard back from them yet. Also, is there any other alternatives sites other than Auto DS that is better? Thanks, Paul.

Alright alright, I have another crazy question. Many people like drop shipping so they can be free of being tied down to one location and to travel as we please. But how in the world do we deal with returns. Returns go back to the sellers own address don't they?! So if we are nomadic, or hunkering down in another country, how the heck does someone deal with returns?! And let's try to look at the question from the view of people just starting and who don't have money to pay a team to handle these issues. Beginners. I. Am. Stumped.

With Auto DS and its auto ordering, (which sounds pretty incredible) is it also sending the customer the email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number? Or is that still something that needs to be done manually?
sorry but auto DS is trash. they are charging more than once for "maintaining subscription". why am I being charged twice? and their auto ordering system has too many issues that stop auto DS from fullfilling orders. they always get "errors", therefore the orders are never fulfilled and customers are really not happy, leaving negative feedback, thus affecting my ebay accounts.

I can confirm that AutoDS is garbage. It could be a great service, but there are so many errors with fulfillment and returns don’t work. This resulted in losing a bunch of money and tanking my eBay account. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. You cannot talk to a person. Their support tickets do nothing. I think it’s very underhanded that Paul and many other RUclipsrs are getting paid to promote this terrible service that’s causing untold misery for innocent people.
I HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THWM THEIR PRICE MONITORING SYSTEM HAS SO MANY FLAWS I HAD LOSS AND THEY NEVER GUID YOU FOR THE TICKET YOU CREATE TO RESOLVE ISSUES, MOST OF THE TIME THEY DONT UPDATE THE PRICES AND SUPPLIER PRICE IS WAY HIGHER THEN I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER ON EBAY STORE DEU TO THIS REASON EBAY STOP ME FROM SELLING FOR ONE WEEK IT WAS MESS ALL BECAUSE OF AUTO DS AND THEY CHARGE EXTRA EVERY TIME
