I can't believe I just sat through a 3 hour video, voluntarily....I was glued to the screen.
I learnt so much, it was easy to follow and understand. Also by not editing out the mistake (which of course was by design 😏) perfectly explained how to correct such things.
I wish I had watched this before I started trying to set up Flows way back, it would have saved me soooo much time.

I am glad I found your video, I learn't a lot from your Ms Access videos in the past. (I finished my course with distinction, I created a nice database to organize poker sit and go and MTT tournaments).
I finished an UiPath RPA developer course, but we are still in a year traineeship now, working with clients but once a month we do training, and so to make us learn various tools, we are learning Power Automate too (the school plans to pay for a PL500 exam too for us to get cert)...
I got your Cert already :) for start.

Even though I am a beginner, I knew alot of what was contained in the course already. However, if anyone is reading comments before committing 3 hours I do want to say that I wish I found this video sooner, as I would have learnt everything I did much faster. Devin does a really good job of explaining some basic uses of Power Automate and any self-respecting tech head could find dozens of flows to mix and match to make work easier on these basics alone. Thanks for the video Devin and everyone else at Pragmatic Works :)

There's a lot of learning in one sitting! Kudos! I was wondering if the same process goes when you want to create a Calendar Event after an action set to "Approve" from a Trigger List. Most online lecture show an email receive after the Approve, but what if the Approver not only wants to receive an Outlook email but want to update his/her calendar. That would be amazing. Thanks again!

PHASE 1: The user fills out the request for items to be shipped by the warehouse. The user receives a confirmation email that it was sent to the warehouse. PHASE 2: The warehouse completes the shipping and another confirmation email should go to the user when the form is set to "SHIPPED" I can't get the second phase email to work. (it just sends 2 emails at the same time, the second has not waited or reacted to the warehouse action)

Is that possible? Thanks again. Cheers

Hi Devin, Excellent content - I've just discovered you today. My question regards data privacy and security. Since all of this information is stored in a (Microsoft controlled?) cloud, how do we as businesses ensure that our data is secure? I don't see any encryption efforts unless it is something I've missed elsewhere? Essentially we could be sharing all sensitive documents and CRM data with Microsoft using these tools, is that correct?

I managed to create a flow which downloads attachment from emails to one drive. But I need to be able to convert the format of the file whe it gets saved using the flow. The files are sent through a broadcaster in SAP P10 as XML spreadsheet 2003 format and I need it in excel format in order to compress the size and make it compatible with power query to do my actual task. My question is, is there a way to use power automate or desktop automate to download the attachment as a desired format?
