Hi. Thank you so much for the video. I filled out the form to get the student files and contoso but I don't see the contoso .exe in the zip file.
I absolutely love your classes! You are a master teacher! Thanks so much!
This video is absolutely brilliant !! Very well explained, straight to the point. Great job !
started yesterday to play with power automate, now even there is a new kind of flow, describe flow, that you pretty much ask what you want to do and suggest a flow. What a time to be alive.
The best Power Automate video I have seen so far. Thanks for that.
Absolutely loved the session. Came in with no idea about power automate and you did a pretty good work to the beginner in me. More power to you Devin!
Happy to help!
I can't believe I just sat through a 3 hour video, voluntarily....I was glued to the screen.
I learnt so much, it was easy to follow and understand. Also by not editing out the mistake (which of course was by design 😏) perfectly explained how to correct such things.
I wish I had watched this before I started trying to set up Flows way back, it would have saved me soooo much time.
Awesome video guys! Some things finally clicked for me and now I am excited to automate myself out of a job lol! I am going to keep you mind in case my org ever needs some specialized help.
Good session - upto the point , precise and high energy session keeps the audience intact and interested. Thank you...
This has been a tremendous help in getting me up to speed with PA. It's not intuitive at all. Thanks for putting this together - top chap!
This course is helping me solve a real world issue where I need to create MS Planner tasks for assignment to PMs, Engineers, and Trainers when new projects are initiated. Thank you for this public service!
Glad we could help!
Thanks, Devin. Really we learned some real-time automation use cases...
Thanks for this video. I'll try working with the information given and might sign in for a course to learn how to automate business processess properly. As a beginner, I'll have to learn more first. This was a good start. Thank you!
You explain very well, clear, detailed enough (not too), always doing great references, keep it up! You are the best!
I am glad I found your video, I learn't a lot from your Ms Access videos in the past. (I finished my course with distinction, I created a nice database to organize poker sit and go and MTT tournaments).
I finished an UiPath RPA developer course, but we are still in a year traineeship now, working with clients but once a month we do training, and so to make us learn various tools, we are learning Power Automate too (the school plans to pay for a PL500 exam too for us to get cert)...
I got your Cert already :) for start.
Even though I am a beginner, I knew alot of what was contained in the course already. However, if anyone is reading comments before committing 3 hours I do want to say that I wish I found this video sooner, as I would have learnt everything I did much faster. Devin does a really good job of explaining some basic uses of Power Automate and any self-respecting tech head could find dozens of flows to mix and match to make work easier on these basics alone. Thanks for the video Devin and everyone else at Pragmatic Works :)
Thank you for your kind words! We are glad you enjoyed this Learn With The Nerds.

i completed your first 3 part of courses, i will try to finish all of rest tmr, it's really intuitive and detailed and you are talented at teaching new knowledge to beginner, thank you for made this video and made it free
Good pacing, like layering on the lessons learned and accelerating as the presentation continues. Also enjoyed using the proper terminology, introducing them and then relying on them later on. Very nice.
Glad you liked it!
I am going through your lectures, very helpful. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge with us.
Great training Team! Thank you so much!
Great content, thanks for taken the time to do so!
Very good course. The teacher is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. I recommend it. Congratulations.
This training is very helpful. Thank you so much.
Honestly one of the best online course videos I've come across. I learned more from this one video than from 2 weeks of trying to get through a Power Automate course with a paid online education subscription. I'm subscribed to this channel now! Wish I had seen it sooner. Thanks for creating this course!
Thanks Melanie!
@@desktopdatacrunching4032 your welcome
Such a great quality material. It was my first tutorial for power automation and still the best one.
Great to hear! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for this video. this has made Power automate easy now :)
Wow 😮 I just found this course! I feel so lucky this show up on my recommendation list. Very well explained! Thank you, Sir!🙏
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching!
This is so damn cool. It's programming with a GUI. Debugging, variables, functions, WOW! I am absolutely blown away. And the teacher here is wonderful.
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching.
This is fantastic - thank you for publishing
Glad you enjoyed it!
There's a lot of learning in one sitting! Kudos! I was wondering if the same process goes when you want to create a Calendar Event after an action set to "Approve" from a Trigger List. Most online lecture show an email receive after the Approve, but what if the Approver not only wants to receive an Outlook email but want to update his/her calendar. That would be amazing. Thanks again!
Amazing session
Very great content for people who are totally new to this tool and need a good knowledge from beginning, gives overview and details about its capabilities and areas of use, thanks
Thank you for watching!
Thank you, that was a great intro to Power Automate
1:09:30 you gotta love these guys. I used to just quickly scroll through their videos and attempt to pull out what I needed. That sort of worked, kind of like Enron’s accounting practices did until, well until they didn’t.
Thanks for helping make our lives easier and this content more digestible.
Melanie said it well, so I will first quote her...
"Honestly one of the best online course videos I've come across. ... I'm subscribed to this channel now! Wish I had seen it sooner. Thanks for creating this course!".
I look forward to discovering more great learning experiences via this channel and the team of trainers behind it. I also am glad you mentioned the option of Virtual Mentoring. I can imagine getting to points with the systems I am developing where such a resource will be of great value.
Glad to hear you are enjoying our content!
do we need to pay to get certificate?
Thank you so much for this great tutorial!

Really good video to start learning . Thank you very much
This is an amazing course!
I am a beginner and was able follow this session. Thank you very much.
You are welcome!
BETTER EDITOR with EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES?! 🥇 Tidbits of info like that are exactly why I watch these long videos that otherwise I'd skip, or training that may seem irrelevant or of a more beginner level. Almost let that ego get in my way, haha. Thank you so much for this detailed video!
Thanks for watching!
I would definitely recommend this company. I’ll be using their services in the future great work guys keep it up!
Thanks so much for watching!
Amaizing !!! I learn a lot. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Superb video! Many thanks!
well said Bro, You 've said every thing
Great video. I am a power automate rookie and this is a great help. thank you! If I could ask a question - I have a Shipping Request form issue. PHASE 1: The user fills out the request for items to be shipped by the warehouse. The user receives a confirmation email that it was sent to the warehouse. PHASE 2: The warehouse completes the shipping and another confirmation email should go to the user when the form is set to "SHIPPED" I can't get the second phase email to work. (it just sends 2 emails at the same time, the second has not waited or reacted to the warehouse action)
Excellent explanation
Hello sir, thank you very much for your efforts, I have a question if I may, you mentioned that we should take our hand off the mouse and let the flow run, that way we will not interact with the flow, (I am talking about the desktop process) my question is, it possible to run the flow AND minimize the power automate desktop software so I can work on other stuff? Is that possible? Thanks again. Cheers
Excellent Sir!
This is outstanding.
thanks Devin for qualitative training. Can we have completed guide and real time example of Licensing of Power Apps and Power Automate ? As Licensing quite complex in this.😀
The content is great. The right video which I want to find for learning. thank so much
Glad it was helpful!
@@PragmaticWorks I wish I know your channel sooner. Thanks
Hi Devin,
Thanks for the video! Very helpful.
I have got quite a specific question, I hope that your knowledge about Power Automate is sufficient for this case.
I have a lot of Word documents, that contain bookmarks. These bookmarks have to be turned into Quick Parts in order for SharePoint to read them and auto populate rows.
Any idea on how to automate this?
Great content! thank's
Great content! I would love to know what tools you use to dynamic change between screen, turning on/off your camera in the presentation and type in the screen.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you for your sharing.
Very fantastic lesson sir. I have a question . When passing in your dynamic variables in the desktop flow, I noticed that you didn't show a way we could dynamically input different data for the invoice. Like we had the same company name and figure each time the flow ran
very informative , thank you
Great tutorial, thanks so much!
You're very welcome!
Very Good Session.. Three Cheers for Jonathan.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you very much, really helpful!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you!! Very helpful information ;)
Glad you liked the video! Thanks!
Wonderful lesson! Tks
Glad you enjoyed!
Hi great video. Question: what’s the red arrow & box tool you are using for the presentation? Thanks for sharing!
This is the best video on learning power automate from scratch. Do you guys do any consulting work?
Hi Devin, Excellent content - I've just discovered you today. My question regards data privacy and security. Since all of this information is stored in a (Microsoft controlled?) cloud, how do we as businesses ensure that our data is secure? I don't see any encryption efforts unless it is something I've missed elsewhere? Essentially we could be sharing all sensitive documents and CRM data with Microsoft using these tools, is that correct?
I managed to create a flow which downloads attachment from emails to one drive. But I need to be able to convert the format of the file whe it gets saved using the flow. The files are sent through a broadcaster in SAP P10 as XML spreadsheet 2003 format and I need it in excel format in order to compress the size and make it compatible with power query to do my actual task. My question is, is there a way to use power automate or desktop automate to download the attachment as a desired format?
Love the session really helpful.
Do you run any sessions/courses on emailing SQL data? I would like bring in Sql data and mail it as a HTML within the body.
Or would anyone here know where i might find a tutorial on this subject?
Hello. Thank you very much for teaching. But if I want to follow along and want to do the first flow I need to have 365 outlook and Teams? What office package do you recommend?
Hi Devin, Thank you for this helpful video. My question is whenever a user account password is reset , the power automate flow running on that account starts failing and we have to reauthenticate. Is there any way to handle that? not sure if its a token issue. I read somewhere that we can turn off the expire token setting but couldn't find it.
Great video❤
Hello from Alberton, South Africa
Thank you David for your informative course. Could I please ask for the link to reference guide for fomula language for power automate (document library for power automated expressions). Thank you!
Awesome video, thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Well Explained
Awesome training
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks so much, really helpful. I have a question, can you use the Power Automate desktop, and automate a flow using a cloud based application or application that resides in the internet, Do you just populate the URL to access the app and the rest is the same?
Cool. Thank you.
Our pleasure!
Hi, Thanks for this amazing video you really helping us improve everyday. Just a question: Is it possible to extract Polly responses on Teams and send them to a SharePoint list using Power Automate, can you please suggest some logic if there's a way to achieve this. Thank you
@bDevinKnight I would really like to take a power automate advance or regular bootcamp with you. I enjoy your teaching style more than I do some of your other trainers on staff.
This is great. Thanks for being generous enough to give it out for Free, much appreciated. One question though - I'm using MacBook Pro, and was not able to Install the Power Automate Desktop on my system, is there a work around for this, or the Mac users should forget about using the Desktop version?
Thanks.
Great tutorial video!
Glad you liked it!
Thank you so much 🙏🏽
You are so welcome
Very informative. I need some sintax for the name of attachment in compose trigger but it is not offered in the dynamic contents part. Any idea from sy?
Thank you very much for this great video, I have a question plz: can we do an approval in away that both requester and approver receive a pdf file with their signature ? For example i have a paper travel request i want after approval by the supervisor i receive a pdf travel request paper with the approval signature
Thank you sir
Thanks, great video for the beginners. Doubt is, How to dynamically give the variables in desktop flow you have shown? For example we have Invoice details in excel/sharepoint list. So it has to get details from there and fill in the application?
u are da future, ma man
Just watched your video since I am new to Power Automate. Great video. I do have one question about the Teams URL which you included in your "Send MS Form Registration" flow. Where did you grab that from? I saw you copying and pasting the e-mail content..
Really AMAZING lesson, thank you so much.
I have a problem I hope someone can help me to fix it, every time I add an action and after filling the second value, the “Apply to each” places automatically to the action and that will makes the action looping.
Please help!
Great Vid! I have been trying to get my flow to work but each time i send the email the dynamic content is blank. I am not sure how to fix it as everything is correct within the flow. Can you please help?
