I don't understand how these Walmart dropshippers make any money. That fan for example would cost them $45 and they're selling it for $60. The eBay fees put them in a negative profit. Am I missing something here?
I don’t know if you still care but just for anyone else seeing this comment I’ll explain. Once the listing gets its first sale they take off the promoted listing so their fee is only 12-13%. So the guy still made a good profit. If he sold that fan for 60 he made 52 after fees so he made $6-7 profit let’s say. If he sells like 15-17 of those fans he just made $100 off that fan passively for doing absolutely nothing. When a dropshipper has a thousand listings that get at least a sale every day or 2… that’s when they are making the big bucks. The hard part in this is building up to that point because it takes time to find a product that works let alone a thousand. Some of these people have been doing this for years and finding a product or 2 a day.
@@YouWillLose$60 was a typo. In the video he’s selling it for $50. With the eBay fees, that comes out to a loss of over $6 and that is without the promo ads.

They are not selling at a loss but the profit is to small for a 50 dollar item, in cases like these i just get dissapointed in the youtuber that is at the end just trying to sell you his course.

I am trying to get into dropshipping but there is something this tutorial doesn't explain to a noob. How do you dropship with walmart? Wouldn't you need to buy the product and then ship to them yourself and doesnt that defeat the purpose of dropshipping? If someone buys that 2 pack of pillows from my ebay for $10.99 and I go to walmarts website and buy it using their address for $6.99 won't they see on the package that it came from walmart and then just look like you are ripping them off? I would understand if you were using a brand where the products are on cjdropshipping or something because those types of suppliers are made for dropshipping. Could someone maybe explain this or am I looking at this the wrong way somehow? I don't want a customer to get the package and then leave a bad review when they realize all I did was make a walmart purchase for them you know?
No we ship directly to the customer. I have sold over 50,000 products online. Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. So far I’ve gotten like 4 sales but haven’t made anything because I broke even on those products so the algorithm would favor them (I also got that advice from one of your videos). I’m excited but at the same time worried because I really want this to succeed I really need it. Do you have any suggestions of things I should avoid because I’m really gonna do this sh1z. After I got my first couple sales using zik analytics It really showed me this is possible. I subbed btw

There are two possibilities I think; 1- Like you said, he's tax exempted and also he might be using cashback to profit more. He might be using coupons, gift cards etc. etc. to maximize the profit. And don't forget, he is buying two of the product. So the second one is discounted. 2- He might not be a dropshipper. He could be wholesaler, so he can buy products in bulk to get discount and then sell the products for a comptetitive price. I think zik analytics software made a mistake about defining the seller as a dropshipper. But the first possibility makes more sense to me.
@@Nigel__ I looked everywhere and most suppliers I found, after delivery, you would break even or even lose money. If you get it shipped from China, you save money but the customers also would have to wait a month for their order, and likely grow impatient then cancel it. There is likely a method that exists that people don't want to share with us.

Hi Paul Autos says that using Api version of their software is recommended. They say the Non-Api is very limited. If I use the Api version will I have issues with eBay flagging my account?

Something is definitely missing. Ive also comes across a lot of dropshippers that are undercutting so much there is no proffit when they make a sale.

I was thinking the same thing, after eBay takes its fees this person would technically be at a loss, or only make $1 at most. Not ideal.
