You should play shogi, also known as Japanese chess. It is very interesting and is a whole lot more fun than western chess imo. One fun difference is that you can put any pieces you take back on the board onto your side. This makes taking big pieces like rooks and bishops even more valuable, because you can use their pieces against them. Plus your weeb audience would have an excuse to sound smart in the comments.
