Thanks for posting this. I can’t afford to buy a pre-made dueling tree cause they want $400 to $500. I found the paddles and tubes on Ebay but I need a sturdy base. I don’t have welding equipment but with your video I can take this to a welding shop and hope to get a base fabricated inexpensively!
Thanks for the comment brother! This is an easy one to build. You could probably even bolt the base together with a little modification. Have a super day! -shane
SW, Dueling trees are a TON of fun! and $30 bucks is an EXCELLENT price! It is nice when you can find ANYTHING in stock these days and ESPECIALLY when it is firearms related. Keep practicing and have fun with the new dueling tree my friend! Stay safe! -Shane

Great video! Looks like a project for me and my 12 year old nephew.
Ron,
It is an EXCELLENT project to include the kids on!
They will LOVE using it when it is done!
Be sure to let us know how it turns out!

Crosman makes a $30 dueling tree for 22LR. I have one. Best $30 I ever spent.

Question? Your using 1/4" mild steel
Wouldn't 3/16 AR500 work just as well if not better for .22RF?
How much to cut and ship 6 of the paddles lower 48?
What is the width of the part of the paddle that inserts into the pipe? Looks like about 1.2 inches?
Is the pipe 1 1/4" sch 40?
Welding with just a t-shirt and no gloves is wild lol
