I agree with Jonas on this, a gravel racer has a different skill set but more importantly a mechanical on a gravel section ends your whole race as team cars are not allowed behind. What would everyone say if they added a downhill MTB sector?

Actually i don't agree. It is good that the tour creates condition of battling in terrain different than the high mountain stages when possible. I would consider adding pave' from Roubaix and looking for making a circuit around Troyes where at least 80km on gravel can be done. Also well designed middle mountain stages: whatever allows to have a spectacular race is welcome until is reasonable.
Vingegaard has won 7 of the 9 stages. Pogacar had won 2 of the 9 B c w subpar fitness, every tie by v with p is a win for v. B c with each stage v is coming, is building, is getting stronger, while p is staying the same. V wins tour, mtn tops, stages 14 15, and stage 21 too, v wins there too

How incredible beautiful man
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's very important to have a teammate with the same sized bike, especially when you're a GC contender.
that gravel section was ridiculous. Any roadie would know that.
Keep on fighting 🍺🚲🇩🇰🍺

N’importe quoi ! ces secteurs de chemins blancs font partis de la course, si ça ne plait pas à Jonas, qu'il change de métier.

Thats like Sprinter saying that he thinks mountains should not be in tour lol.
No, it’s because luck is a much bigger factor on gravel. Punctures are very common and can easily cost minutes.

What you talking about, a tie in a sprint stage (we had 4 of them by now) is not a win for any GC rider, its just normla. Ever watched cycling before?
WTF are you on about mate? Jonas hasn’t won a stage this Tour yet

More than that, i think a juice head like Jonas does not belong in the Tour.
proof please? Else I would say you don't belong in the comment section.
100% i believe all the top riders are juiced. I don't even think they get a pass to join a good team without it
