Had a nautilus from armed shark for a couple of weeks now and I'm totally blown away by the quality, everything from the superior hardware the amazing tolerances to the most amazing feeling of the g10. they are very similar. Both are 7075 aluminium channel construction with bushings. Flipping wise the sqt is a bit heavier and blocky but is more neutral. The kraken has more of a handle bias but feels nicer in the hand. Personally I prefer the feel of the kraken
I have two as nautiluses and I like them, but I’m not impressed with the hardware. Both came with undersized bushings. Pretty disappointing. Still fun to flip tho and they look pretty

Thats sort of true. The naut is made of thin material and has small channels so if dropped/beaten lots then it will probably break. Something more robust and thicker like the kraken will be more durable and last longer as a main flipper. If you dont drop your balisong much then it will be ok

It really depends on who you buy the balisong from. If you used Kolisong then I’d say maybe 1-2 weeks and if you use AliExpress then maybe 4-6 weeks. And no, I live in Europe

I’ve ordered plenty of balisongs from them including the kraken in this video. They deliver much faster than AliExpress so I prefer them now. As for response time, I’ve messaged kotlin on instagram many times and he’s always responded on the same day
BBKS is a seller on AliExpress, they seem pretty legit. I would advise buying balisongs from online sites other than AliExpress, kolisong and alibaba though as there have been a lot of scam websites recently pretending to be AliExpress seller stores.
I have bought multiple items from BBKS and overall had no issues. They're legit. Alongside Clisong which is another Ali Express vendor and dedicated clone dropship site. However, they're products do take a while to ship compared to Ali Express. But you'll usually see that their prices may be cheaper overall.

I am in a dilemma, everyone is saying kraken is better but nautilus is -like you said- lighter which suits my flipping style. But nautilus has tang pins which are said to be much less durable than zen pins. I am super lost on which one to get, can anyone help me?
Hi there! I’ll try to break it down to you. Kraken has a very standard weight (not heavy and not light). It has a handle bias balance which makes learning tricks much easier. It is made of 7075 aluminium with zen pins so good durability. The Nautilus is a light balisong with a more neutral flipping feel. It is especially good for technical tricks and fans. The material are G10 and 7075 alu so still good durability but the g10 scales may crack if you drop it on concrete/stone lots. The tang pins are ok, for the armed shark one they are very durable. I still wouldn’t recommend beating a nautilus or dropping it too much. Try to flip over bed or grass.
@@CloneSupport I am still learning so i drop my balisong a lot, it’s like taking a beating from prime Mike Tyson. Would the Kraken be able to handle that without (much) damage? And i do Icepick aerials all the time, i actually broke a set of zen pins by doing it so much. Is the Kraken good for that too? Finally, my hands are very slippery and small, the bali i broke the pins of kept flying off my hand, is the Kraken grippy enough? Thanks for replying btw
Just my opinion : I just got a kraken, a nautilus and and a replicant, The nautilus only good to make practice but no pleasure and no feeling… But kraken better for practice because the weight is in mid range of balis weight For périple who want a VERY LIGHT nautilus is good, but if you want g10 go on rep, more feeling and zen pins!
I don’t own it anymore but I can vouch that these things do last surprisingly well. The tang pins hold up without narrowing the handle gap over time. Only issue I’d say you might get is cracked/scuffed G10 if you drop on concrete a lot
So if I wanted a trainer to learn a bunch of new tricks it seems I should pick the nautalis. I prefer the look of the kraken but as of right know all I have for trainers is the SI Mako and the grip is horrible.

ill just share my opinion over here abt kraken v3 after researching for abt 3-4 weeks i have basically studied almost all clone companies that sell kraken v3 out which AS is the best clone company. If u are looking for a good live or false blade version of the kraken u should probably go for the b+ clone and if ur looking for good tolerances and good material quality go for AS . Not only this but other clone companies like theone does sell kraken v3 but only the D- blade version and on yt i have one seen one review of it which was not that impressive if u compare it to the AS one . Now why should u buy the kraken v3 -it has nice ring ( speed slotted versions have the best ring ) -good tolerances if u buy the AS one (slightly more expensive than b+) -looks kinda cool imo -more color choice -has inked blade and 2 types of blade design -quite a few variations in grips -good grip and good machining and etc. i cant remember all of them rn but yea (all of the above statements are just my opinion ) and in the end u should go for the balisong u like the look of . The only reason i posted this was because i myself was unable to find such defined review of the AS kraken v3 so yea and i myself have ordered one which will arrive in few days i got it for 52$ incl worldwide shipping i am from india and many companies dont ship balisong to india i found a website which is clisong.com/ if u can u should buy a original balisong but if u cant then only go for the clone (my english is bad so ignore the mistakes i made)
I think learning multiple tricks is something you can work on all at the same time. If you have learned one, start another but continue to practice the original trick to become even better 😁

The Armed Shark Kraken will always be my recommendation for beginners on a budget. It’s just the best all round balisong to start learning on. Cheap, decent grip, good balance for learning and built out of solid materials to withstand drops.
@@Sumo304_ TheOne falcon is still a good budget starter. Not as good as the newer AS kraken but still very good. It flips super well and has decent grip for learning

Depends what’s type of tricks you are focused on learning but yes the naut is very good for learning

Uhh how do i clean the oil from nautilus because of 2 cylindir things on lower blade
that should have oil on it, if the oil turns black/gunky then wipe it away and apply fresh oil
