+IseeYUliek theMUDKIPZ Lol, I had that happen to me one time. It was the same scenario as you described. The guards reaction when they ran over the other guard was too hilarious, acting all serious and shit. Then they just leave the scene like nothing happened. That had me dying of laughter.
EvilOnimusha During "eliminate tank unit" side op i shot down the chopper and then i used grenade to distract a tank. Soldiers were close to explosion they headed to investigate it. Then tank's shell killed them.
It could've been the best game ever made if it was complete... it was way ahead of it's time and some of the mechanics in the game puts modern AAA games to shame
@@Heavenly_Father the game is complete according to kojima. It did have a troubled development and some stuff was cut, but in the end Kojima has said multiple times that he’s satisfied with the game he put out and that he feels the saga is complete.
1:51 the funniest thing is that the game makes that actual sound when you toss a magazine at someones face while in reflex and you stun them, thats not something he edited in.
So....Volgin was the cyborg ninja the whole time...and Eli becomes Sniper Wolf after the parasites turn him into a female...and then they turn Mantis into a male....AND it turns out the whole time that the Boss wasn't actually the Boss. He was Decoy Octopus pretending to be the Boss disguised as himself. Unfortunately, the disguise was so real, that Decoy Octopus actually believed he was the Boss...He was so convincing that even the real boss believed it to be true and spiraled into insanity until Mega Snake eventually killed Decoy Snake in the Outer Limits of Southern Austrailia..and The Boss remembered his true identity and purpose in life: to confuse and threaten the entire world. So he came out of retirement as The Real Big Boss (Really Big Boss for short). These events bring us to the beginning of Metal Gear Something: VR missions, where Morpheus reveals that the whole thing was a computer simulated program and nothing was real the whole time. Also, Raiden was there. I'm beginning to piece this all together..It's all starting to make perfect sense now.
This game will be considered as a timeless masterpiece mark my words the uniqueness, creativity and smoothness of the gameplay is something I’ve never seen in a game before .

For the man on fire boss in Africa, just use the water pistol. Keep getting head shots, and he wont be able to fire his fire blast at you, and eventually he gets stunned. After a few stunned phases you win. The water pistol has unlimited ammo as well, so it's ok to miss sometimes.

I know it doesn't follow the story precedent that the other Metal Gears set. But the amount of gameplay innovation and humor in this is just magnificent. It's like a stealth sandbox.
The map is so tiny, and that would be ok, if there were enough bases to play in, but there is only one or two on the Afghanistan map that can compete with the base in the ground zeros prequel game. Every other location is smaller and less interesting or too easy to stealth through. It's fun to get delivered in a cardboard box into the middle of an occupied base, and have to stealth your way through it and pick off guards, but it gets old when you only have like two or three of those bases to play in. The only threats are from snipers, and you can always remember where they are to prepare for them. Everyone one else can be easily held up or stunned with rubber bullets. All the upgrades are linear as well. The gameplay is great, but there is no reason to keep playing, they should make more bases and locations in DLC for the single player imo, like with payday. There doesn't have to be any story attached to them. Every month they could add a new location with a few larger bases in them to play in, lots of guards == a fun time stealthing, but outposts have like 3 guards, and 90% of the locations are outposts. I'd pay for a new map every month, made with assets already in the game, but with newer assets as well. Most players would, I hope they do that instead of trying to make money out of MB coins. (Also, the multiplayer is more unbalanced than Ted Bundy. There is no counter to Rocket Punch, and setting up a stealth trap never works when everyone does it, everyone just ends up lying down for ten minutes until the match is over.)
You'll wanna watch the cutscenes or play through mgs 3 and mgs peace walker. Mgs 3 especially because of the massive impact it has on snake. The first and second game happen after this so don't worry about them
Nah the only reason i'm interested is because it's an open world stealth game and it looks like you have so many options. I've never cared much about plot in games. I'll play it as a normal open world stealth.
