    This is SO helpful. I especially like the part of listening to the heartbeat sound when you have crowded the ball!

    Yeah this is a good way to address the moon ball/pusher player. I like how you use the quick beat or rhythm to gauge your approach and stroke on the ball. Nice helpful video Coach.

    This is very helpful, with the admonition to get up on the ball so you are in position to make contact early and in a manageable position.

    Thanks for the video! My question is how to you play against someone who takes every ball very early - many are half volleys. He is a very solid 5.0 player. I feel rushed. If I hit deep, he takes it out of the air or half volleys it away from me. If I hit heavy topspin, he takes it before it gets too high. Any strategy suggestions?

    Great video. Does the court surface make a difference. I found this a lot more difficult on the clay courts.Any suggestion.

      @ttrdf 6 лет назад

      it's easier on clay, what clay does sometimes is have ''bad'' bounces.

    What if the moon ball has lot of spin.., then it's very difficult to maintain ball control stroking at strike zone 2 ...would rather prefer 4 instead?

    nice idea on 4 zones!
