I think it looks great, especially your last 10ish videos or so seem to be of great quality. I first found you through your video on the black star promos and binged a lot of your content. With content of this quality I think you’ll continue to grow!
I like the new setup, very professional. Also did you add a sharpening effect to your video? When you have a shot of yourself it feels like it was artificially sharpened a little too much.
I really like the higher polish if your content recently! I think seeing a few collection items in the background would still feel more appropriate and interesting, so personally, I'd go for a balance between the two, where you can show off some cool stuff without having to go full maximalist.
Thanks for the feedback! No special filters, I'm using cinematic mode on the iPhone 14. It's pretty hard to adjust though, since I can't be in two places at once. I'll get better.
I want more closeup content lol. I just watched your rarity guide and it is so far my favourite since you zoomed at those textures. Idk how many texture variations out there but it would be nice to have a guide.
BRO, as a numismatist (coin & paper money study-er) this video just hit home for me. So many different die varieties on coins that most don’t even know about, but can boost the value of an otherwise “worthless” penny. It’s super nerdy stuff, but I’m all for it Will for sure be bringing my jewelers loop to the card store to hopefully find some good cherrypicks out the loose card bins lol thx man - JUST SUBD
Man this channel is so undersubscribed for the sheer quality you provide! the most informative and easy to understand videos I’ve seen as a fan returning to the hobby! Thank you for all your hard work in creating great content!
I kind of liked your older set up a little more, but the new one is nice. I always like your videos and how you keep trying to improve and find a style that works for you. Your channel in general is very nice, I've liked it for a while. Even when it's things I mostly knew it's nice to have a pretty succient, snappy video that lays it out as a refresher and sometimes I learn new things. Like I never knew about the deep intricacies of things like this, collecting very specific types of printings of 1st edition cards. It's cool tos ee a break down of it and what might cause it and why they're rare. It's a shame your views are all over the place, but I'm glad everything's on the up. I hope you continue to do all kinds of stuff and don't just chase what works, though I understand youtube's such a fickle beast for consistency.
Hey, congrats on 10,000 subs! This video was actually way more interesting than I thought it would be. Maybe a more "clickbaity" title would gather more views? Something like 'The Mystery of the 1st Edition Stamps' or something. Idk, just a suggestion 😊
Hey 👋 Your videos are amazing ❤. I started collecting as a kid, but was kind of forced to stop since the only store here that sold pokemon cards closed. I got back into collecting about a year ago and was realy confused with all the new products and rareities. And your Videos helped a lot 🍀 I got a little question tho. I recently startet using the perfect fit sleeves from KMC for my collection. Whats your opinion on them, if I man ask? Wish you and everyone else reading this, a wonderfull day. Take good care and stay safe ♠️
Welcome back to the hobby! I like perfect fit sleeves, but it’s a personal choice. I’ve tried KMC and they’re pretty much identical to the other big brands.
I personally don't like grey stamps. To me, they're no different than poor centering, edges, or corners, or whitening. Just poor quality control during the minting process.
Sounded-out intialisms are very common. “Wizards” and “Whotsee” both have 2 syllables, with Wizards arguably taking the longer of the two to say due to the cluster of consonants causing slight prolongation at the end of the word.
What do you guys think of the new setup? I was going for a more minimalistic and professional look.

I do want to mount a couple things on the wall but I haven’t decided yet
You make fantastic content. Filled with loads of passion and information. I think you’re going to be a big presence in this space in the future
Thank you! You make great content too
Your videos just keep getting better and better! The microscope parts were awesome!
That means a lot! I'm really enjoying making these
I just found your channel and am getting into the TCG for the first time. You make absolutely great videos!
Thank you, and welcome to the hobby!

I think the texture is unique per card. The lines follow the artwork
Yet another banger of a video, First time hearing about grey 1st edition stamps!
Glad you enjoyed!
Congrats mate, your videos are very good, you deserve this and more.

Thank you for watching! More importantly, thank you for appreciating the nerdy side of Pokémon cards

Just found the channel! I love card games and they have been my passion for my whole life. Time to learn some new things about the Pokemon TCG!
Great video. Very professional. I am into the niche stuff and this one was very informative 👍🏻😎
Thank you! And congratualion with 10k and soon 11k 🎉
Thank you! 😃
Thank you for making this video. These videos are informative and fun to watch. I like all the videos

I appreciate your kind words. Sometimes a video has to be made, even if it’s not for the algorithm. I really had to get this one out of my head!
Interesting video, I’m looking for my old Pokémon cards; I’m pretty sure a few of them have that stamp.
Keep it up, your hair looks nice 😎

Thank you! Yeah, I'm working on some new ideas. I'm a little disappointed that people aren't intrigued by the microscope!
keep making this amazing videos
Thanks, will do!

Shouout Weedle in the thumbnail
Weedle was my very first pokemon card! (Not this exact one though)
I personally don't like grey stamps.
To me, they're no different than poor centering, edges, or corners, or whitening.
Just poor quality control during the minting process.
Yeah you can consider it a defect. I kind of feel the same way. But it’s fun to own a few
You're the only person I've ever seen refer to Wizards as 'Whotsee'. Why bother when it's faster to just say Wizards?
Uhh I hear people say WOTC all the time though.
Sounded-out intialisms are very common.
“Wizards” and “Whotsee” both have 2 syllables, with Wizards arguably taking the longer of the two to say due to the cluster of consonants causing slight prolongation at the end of the word.
wotc is pretty common bro
The cool kids call it WOTC
Whot see is fun to say! Try it!
