My first goal is to become a background singer for Jamiroquai. And now I’ve survived breast cancer I have no choice than to answer to this musical magnet of energy that’s been pulling me since the first note I heard them play, every day. I’m (finally) working with a professional coach to improve my singing skills. I deeply enjoy the hard work, discipline, mental and physical training, the offers I’m making… it makes me feel alive.
1. Why do I want this goal so much? 2. Who will benefit from me achieving this goal? 3. Affirmations in the presence tense. 4. Discipline 5. What new things will I be learning to help make this goal reality. 6. Act as if it already happened, gratitude. 7. What risk will I take.
Do I need to have only one goal? I think my problem is I have so many 😁 I have achieved some goals, but I really think if I would write them down like this I´d even be successful with my really big goals.
Thank you for your comment Fuza, The mind works best when focus on one thing at the time so Marisa encourage us to focus one one goal and work on it for a while to keep the ball rolling. You can then focus on another goal and so on... Best regards, Marisa Peer Team
I have the same. I have never wanted to do just one single thing. I am happier doing multiple and that has not changed today. If I get distracted I get back to them even a year later.

How do I pick just one goal? Because I don't like any one in specific. I like the outcome of multiple goals
