This channel Is the highlight of my day! I love the suspense that takes place in these videos. I love how much time you spent on making these amazing videos! Keep on posting! These videos are the scariest! Keep up the Great Work! Mr. Creator.
The ones where they spend like 10 minutes explaining the video, repeating themselves, rephrasing it in different ways, and then barely showing the actual video?
No seriously, it irritates me how so many people fall for content like this. It’s always vague enough to start a debate in the comments, because free engagement. There’s no real story accompanying it, and you would think the footage would include the “stranger” walking up to the stairs, because you can see the bottom steps. But it doesn’t.
While often true, from a general standpoint it’s important to think critically, and avoid making sweeping judgements either way. Letting a set precedent dictate each individual case you come across retroactively reinforces that confirmation bias. So then, that’s all you’ll see or remember. Goes for those who believe everything, and those that believe nothing.
@@HeiserPlays (EDIT; clip mixup! - thought there was confusion or a misunderstanding about *this* case; due to the bottom of the stairs” part, and me seeing that clip of Donovan circulate on TikTok a long while back before there was more updates. Disregard!) Did you watch the rest of that part of the video though? Because that same man was reported elsewhere and eventually apprehended in the same neighborhood. Security footage was clear enough to identify him as 27 year old Donovan Johnson. And on top of that, a bankruptcy attorney. You could say that maybe the woman isn’t being truthful about what happened off camera, but it kinda wouldn’t make a ton of sense in my opinion at least. Especially bc that could interefere with the police case.
@@Tayl0r_ You mean, did I watch the next, unrelated clip talking about a completely different incident in a completely different part of the country? Because the case you're talking about has nothing to do with the TikTok. The narrator clearly states at the end of the TikTok segment that there have been no further updates, before a crossfade to the clip you're talking about. Before you come in talking like an armchair psychologist, maybe you should make sure we're actually on the same page.
Having worked with elderly people living with dementia and Alzheimers, I can't help but wonder how many creepy cam videos and home horror stories are just confused or hallucinating elderly people wandering around trying to find home.
Oh, yeah, please don't open your door. Regardless if they're out of touch with reality because of dementia or drugs, call the police and let professionals handle it.
Cops are practically useless. They rely on the public to do the work for them. Even then they don't want to do the work of filing paperwork and putting these b@st@rds in jail
Doorbell Cameras are admittedly helpful. It's a bummer that even with the highest video quality possible, showing clearly intruders' features, law enforcers can't (or rather don't want to) catch the wrongdoers.
Ring just changed their policy that they won't be giving police the customer's doorbell footage for anything except violent crimes..... Guess the cops just wanted the easy stuff like drug addicts or children with spray paint.
Just imagine for a second what was going on in his head. Why would he just stand there and gawk at you in the night. These videos are the reason why I never answer my door. If they are legit they can leave a note.
When I was a kid in Atlanta, we had something exactly like that last one happen. I heard 2 people at the front door and went to look out the window from my bedroom and saw 2 guys wearing yellow vests and 1 of them had a pry bar and was and was trying to get in the door. My Dad got the pump shotgun, racked a round and then knocked on the door from the inside. I've never seen 2 guys run so fast stumbling over themselves. This was way back in 1991
Tell your dad I love him 😅
On a serious note, god I'm so glad he was there with you! Must have been quite scary 😢
Had a friend whose husband was a cop. She heard someone trying to get in the door, and she stood beside the door with her Glock and shouted out " this door is locked for your protection " and chambered a round. They ran off in a hurry! 😮

Anything uploaded on TikTok is highly suspect.
😂
While often true, from a general standpoint it’s important to think critically, and avoid making sweeping judgements either way.
Letting a set precedent dictate each individual case you come across retroactively reinforces that confirmation bias. So then, that’s all you’ll see or remember. Goes for those who believe everything, and those that believe nothing.
@@HeiserPlays
(EDIT; clip mixup! - thought there was confusion or a misunderstanding about *this* case; due to the bottom of the stairs” part, and me seeing that clip of Donovan circulate on TikTok a long while back before there was more updates.
Disregard!)
Did you watch the rest of that part of the video though?
Its probably true in a lot if cases. The elderly and people with mental and substance abuse problems.

Man, even with crystal clear images of faces and license plates and still they aren't caught? How bad are these cops?
Cops are practically useless. They rely on the public to do the work for them. Even then they don't want to do the work of filing paperwork and putting these b@st@rds in jail
