Great video as usual. I love your Cricut videos because they are so fun. Love the prints. I think you need to clarify the mug press. I have had one since the week they came out. Love it but you have to use sublimation ink. I think the confusion might be that you can load sublimation ink into some ink jet printers. However once you load sublimation ink into the printer, you can never use regular ink again. You can’t use a laser printer. Check with your friend because I’m sure she used sublimation ink. On the website, Cricut says the press works with their infusible ink which is also a sublimation ink. Great video.
I used to make the mirrors for my coworkers with just a sharpie gold paint pen and wrote Smile on the edges with little filigree and their names. They could stick it in their little cubicles and remember that they sound nicer on the phone when they smile...
I've had the competitor, Sihouette Cameo for about 10 years, making gifts and home decor. I was recently gifted a Cricut Maker, mug press, and lots of little extras, by a friend who didn't use it anymore. I have a heat press with cap & mug press, sublimation printer & its supplies, and lots of temp, permanent, and heat transfer vinyl. After recently losing my job, I realized it was time to make my machines to make money to support myself. Luckily, I do woodworking as well, so the idea may just work. I love the mirrors and thought to add a piece of wood to the backs with a hanger. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
My son is a Leo he has always liked flames and drawn them. I like mirrors. I made him some blue, lt blue and black flame curtains when he was little, and I still have them. You two have birthdays coming up pretty soon, either the end of July or the beginning of August, his is the beginning of August. Wish I could afford a circuit, it's fun watching you with yours. I've been making earrings with seed beads and bugle beads. Thanks for sharing ❤
Amazing video as always! I love sublimation. Unfortunately, you can't use normal printer ink. Sublimation ink works by turning into a gas when heated and infusing into the polymer on the mug. You need a sublimation mug, and sublimation ink. I just sublimated the cutest loot bags for my daughters birthday party! ❤
That’s what I was trying to tell her but she said no. I have been sublimating projects for a few years. I do use an inkjet printer but only use sublimation ink in it.
For that same feeling, I always listen to "Be Thankful for What You Got" by William DeVaughn. It's a smooth-as-silk classic guaranteed to put you in a great mood for the rest of the day.
Thank you so much for that heat gun tip! I don’t know why I didn’t think of that! Those mugs are beautiful. I’ve been thinking about getting my own sublimation printer for that reason. ❤ I love your Cricut videos.
Also, for another option now in Design Space, when you place the circle, use the drop down to change it to "guide". It will turn it to an outline. That way if you forget to delete, or don't want to, it won't cut it out anyway.
Question: The image for the mug has to be a mirror image (reversed) to apply to the mug? And a laser print? That's the only part that wasn't clear to me... I've resisted getting a Cricut machine, but I think I'm going to have to give in to my creative side! Thanks for this!
So sorry! Shoot, I am going to add that to the instructions right now! you are 100% right. The image has to be mirrored. I showed it but didn't explain that.!!
Aw I'm sorry sponsored videos bother you. Cricut supporting my channel is one of the only ways I can afford to continue to make videos free, every single week. I love my cricut and love sharing all the creative ways I use it. But I share all the disclaimers that it's sponsored so you could just not watch anything sponsored if it bothers you.
@TheDIYDesigner I'm sorry you felt offended by my observation. I'll rephrase I prefer more individual creative expression over lengthy promotional materials as RUclips is not lacking in adds. I'm happy that you have a sponsor and enjoy the product, but this video overall seemed to lean more on sales vs. your regular creative content.

I’m sharing this video with my friend who is a “Cricut Struggler”. You’re someone who is sure to inspire her. I’m inspired as heck every Sunday. ☘️💜

awesome “pick me up” gift that you gifted. talented person!
I learned about Cricut in your channel and asked my husband to get it for me for Xmas. I have used it so much. Totally worth the investment.
I love the Way You include your children, so natural 🫶

Fellow Leo here. OMG I love the candles! Slay!

love that!
This is a great song! Thanks for the recommendation!
@@quail259 You're welcome. It was my pleasure. I'm glad you like it.
Natasha is so talented! Great video!
I love the cup thing
Love the mugs and love your cousin's art. You are a talented family! 😉
I loved seeing the mug Cricut in detail! Your upbeat vibe is infectious. Have a great day fellow Leo❤
Thank you so much for that heat gun tip! I don’t know why I didn’t think of that! Those mugs are beautiful. I’ve been thinking about getting my own sublimation printer for that reason. ❤ I love your Cricut videos.
so cool! do it!
Beautiful!!!!
Hi Orly
Thank you so much for your idea of the mood board for thrifting. Jayne Inthe UK❤❤❤
My son is a Leo and he is redheaded with light green eyes. He’s very intelligent and independent. I call him snarky. Lol.
The mirrors are a thing from the 60s-80s. They used to give them away as little carnival prizes at the dart games. 😄
haha well I love em!
Love it! ❤❤❤ great ideas!
The mugs are superspecial and very beautiful 😮🥰🥰🥰
Adorable. Tip: when using the circles just for size make them a different color than your text.
so smart!

Congrets on 500k😊❤
I think your friend printed that with sublimation ink not a regular ink. Regular ink won’t transfer to a mug.
INK JET printers will. that's what all the instructions say at least. Ink Jet and Laser paper
@@OrlyShaniShow oh ok, I must have a different Circuit mug press.
Cool 😀
I love your pink sparkly sweatshirt! Is that from a previous video? 💌 xxx
- never mind, think I found it! 😊 xxx
Yasssss!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
I’m more into the mugs 😊 11:34
Wow, I can’t believe I am the first viewer of this video! Awesome job as usual. Great tips! I have a cameo and love it! Love everything you do!
Can you wash the mugs normally?
Hi
fun projects !!!
Cricut is not allowing the floral mug press to be collected for use …

How did you attach the mirrors to the wall?
Mecha canim
Bummed, this is just an info mercial.

I’d love to get a circuit but going through a divorce and he’s trying to sabotage finances 😢 After 36yrs of marriage he walked out 🥺
I cannot stand people who buy and put up sayings all over their house.
