Another 3A High school in Florida just ran under 40 too. That is 6 or more high schools in the US that have run sub 40 this year and the last team to do it was way back when that school ran 39.76

That's not true, Port Arthur Memorial Tx, & the The Woodlands Tx both ran 39 8 in 2018...Thurgood Marshall ( Houston) ran 39 80 last year 2023....Forest Brook in Houston ran 😊39.95 in 2001...Duncanville ran 39.98 in 2022

The difference is Tx known for going 39. That was the first time in history for Florida to go 39. Tx also had another team go 39.80 in the 5a division. That's 5 teams from Tx alone that went 39. An tx had a team go 40.07 that got 5th behind four 39s. Tx and Florida not the same. Texas also broke the 4x2 HS record also..
