I’m always excited to see that you have a new video, but to get to see you for 40 minutes instead of just 20…YAY!!! 🤗. And I NEVER get tired of seeing your WIPS and previous finishes. You are always an inspiration. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your talents with us! God Bless! ❤
I love all the Americana items you showed. So inspiring! Yes, please continue to show old finishes over and over. Who would possibly object to seeing beautiful stitching finishes even if they have seen them before? Not me that’s for sure. 😂
Hello from NC….hello Kristie! Your stitching and decorating is gorgeous….thank you for sharing your tips and finishing ideas. I love Americana and primitive decorating…God Bless the USA!
Loved your Patriotic parade so many lovely finishes. I just finished an Uncle Sam out of Just Cross stitch mag. Thank you for sharing your beautiful stitching. Happy Fourth! 🎉
I love your videos! I know they can be very daunting to make. It’s overwhelming really. I love the way you finish your pillows! You’re always inspiring your community 🥰
It is always a treat to see your videos, I like the tabs, a great way to save the Weeks thread card holder, I love Patriotic designs, perfect frame. Love the Uncle Sam so cool, nice progress on your stitching WIPS, I like the purple mottling, lovely. Oh my that bag is beautiful, love the fabric, front and back, love your choice of Patriotic designs to stitch, all decorators will tell you to display in odd numbers, I love Asbury Echo's designs, I like how it turned out it looks very primitive, love your pin pillows, so sweet, I really did enjoy this video with all your stitching and beautiful finishing.
Thank you for taking the time and learning the technology to do these flosstubes for us. More power to you. I’m amazed at you who can navigate the filming. I love all the eagle patterns. My dad loved the American eagle and I think of him every time I see them. I’m sitting here stitching I Had A Father, Alice Clark and every time I look up I’m a bit startled to see “my couch”. Well mine is a settle but same print! You and I have the same taste in a lot of things. Good to see you again and all your beautiful work.
Always great to have a visit from you on Floss Tube as I have been missing your videos both on decorating and stitching. Always like to see what you are working on past or present. You asked we are stitching on and I am presently working on Plum Street's Nelson. I have done Blueskin so wanted this as a companion. Almost have that Magnolia tree done which is alot of stitching, but I love every minute I work on it. Thanks so much Christi, your videos are always inspiring and yes, enabling. .
I always enjoy seeing your FT pop up. I know it will be filled with inspiration!! Loved the Americana parade . I like your idea of putting all three charts together- look forward to seeing your finish. Heartstring samplery has a cute eagle called American eagle 1776. Such a great FT. Have a wonderful weekend.
I stitch patriotic and Christmas year around. I have lots of the same patterns. Love them all. As I have been watching you putting the stitches on patriotic Quaker from Primrose.
LOVE ALL of the Americana stitching. Makes me want to get mine out and put in some stitches. I’m trying to be good and finish a wip before moving on. Can’t wait for your next video. ~Pam in SC
Great video Kristy, I have been “enabled” couldn’t write fast enough !!!😆 Love me some patriotic, and seeing all you stitch! I’ve even been planting Red, White & Blue ( purple) not to many blue flowers available 🙃 Working on Dwelling Place, need to start some of these patriotic smalls!!
Thank you, I was like that after the first of the year but not so much now. Thanks for watching and being so encouraging. Hope you get to stitching again soon.
You never disappoint! Love all the Eagles and past finishes…I’m lucky enough to have gotten one of your 1776 charts stitched by you! ❤. And 60 is not old… more wise and full of life experiences! Love ya and all your beautiful stitching. Keep ‘um comin’!
I enjoyed watching your video today. I am doing the pre-stitching on a project called Crowning Glory by Summer House Stitche Works. The designer is doing a workshop next week at The Shepherd’s Needle in Little Rock, AR. I live 2 hours south of the shop and absolutely love going. I hope you have a great week. Thanks for sharing!
To go with your two Quaker patterns, check out Annie The Proper Stitcher's newest patriotic pattern. She has a long one that looks prim. It's my favorite of all her designs.
As always, I love all your stitching. I just recently finished blackbird designs Anniversaries of the heart and I’m working on some small patriotic designs too.
Thank you for sharing your work. I always enjoy seeing what you're working and your previous finishes. I am currently working on a couple OOP patriotic patterns. Heartstring Samplery also has an e pluribus unim pattern.
Christy great video! Never tire of looking at Patriot! Yours is fabulous ❤ It's one of my favorites! I am stitching on One Nation by bygone stitches! Have a great week. Thank you for sharing❤
Love all the beautiful patriotic patterns (including your own from Etsy)! You always have the best taste! You are NOT old!! Being 60 is the new 40! 🤣 I understand as I am adjusting to it myself. I would love to see how you coffee dye the cross stitch. I am a journal maker so am familiar with paper coffee/tea dying - but if you want to share would love to see. Currently, working on a digital sampler with ABC's in 930, 931, 932 shades. Waiting to do "The Winter is Past" by Blackbird Designs - but after spending serious $$ on linen to try it - I know that Aida is my best friend. LOL Thanks Kristy for sharing! Always love your videos!
Thank you so much for always leaving great comments!! I did a video, FlossTube #5, demonstrating how I coffee dye linen, check it out. The Winter is Past is beautiful and will look wonderful on aida. Sticking with your tried and true "friend" and enjoy every stitch.
You’re going to end up making 4 smalls from that Teresa Kogut book Right Now😂I started a Heart in Hand patriotic tiny town (for myself) on the 4th- spoiler, it’s not finished😂 I’m doing Christmas in July but wow we’ve had so much company there hasn’t been much stitching😂😂So tempted by the congress of eagles; spectacular! Ordered some Jim shore mill hill my stepmom likes, but I have a ton of Christmas wips of course. So far I’ve worked mostly on Primrose Cottage welcome to the North Pole. So big😅 And one bbd from Peppermint and Holly that says Merry Christmas in a holly wreath plant. Maybe I’ll finish something 🤣 Loved seeing all your stitching!
Ohhh, "spectacular" = good word!! Lots of good projects you mentioned. I should get out my Peppermint and Holly and start making some plans. Thanks for watching Shellie.
Hey my PPS friend!!! I love when you go through your old finishes and your new ones as well. If I had a piece of paper with me, I could’ve probably written down all of the ones we have the same. I’m glad you found the e pluribus unum chart. It’s stretched me a little bit. LOVE all your eagle charts. Some I haven’t seen before thanks a lot you enabler 😆. We will all love it if you put a video out a little more often. 🙌🏼💞
Enjoyed this so much I had to watch it twice. Hope the new video-ing setup works well cause I really would like to see more from you (selfish, I know!). Miss the decorating videos, too. I always pick up new ideas!
